Awful

I had a rim that was damaged by a local shop. They reluctantly owned up to the damage and sent me to East Coast Customz to have them look at it and provide an estimate to repair the damage. They looked at the rim and said there was nothing they could do but they could send it to an alloy specialist. After a month of calls back to East Coast Customz, I get the same run around story about how the alloy specialist isn’t calling them back which I’m sure is not true. If you are looking for reliable customer orientated service, DON’T go to East Coast Customz.

Had to get some body work done on a 2012 toyota camry. They did an amazing job, you could never tell there was any damage. They take alot of pride in their work

They hydro dipped two bodys for us and they turned out fantastic. Great to deal with and their pricing is reasonable. Not a day goes by that someone doesn't compliment one of the cars they did for us.
