I have used ECCM for boarding and grooming since 2010. While ownership changed February 2017 the quality of care, cleanliness and attention to excellent pet care has been maintained. New owners are friendly, making a point to keep all previous employees for continuity. My dogs prefer a kennel style facility over the "open, cageless" options and are happy going here which gives me peace of mind. Inside runs are spacious and air conditioned. Dogs are walked regularly in a very large outdoor area. Happy this place is in our area and will continue to bring my dogs here!

New owners of the kennel are terrible! I've been using this kennel since the late 90's. Never had any problems. I picked up my dogs this time & my female was standing in urine in her kennel. When they came home my female didn't want to eat & then vomited. My male dog has urinary track infection. They didn't do the things they said they were going to do but charged me extra anyway. We called them to ask them what happened? They r rude on the phone & hang up on you. I would recommend you don't ever use this kennel! Unless you want to pick up your animals sick! Not given the proper care they should get while they are there!

I have very mixed feelings about this place. While I can tell my dog is happy there, the staff is always extremely disorganized. For some reason they refuse to use computers to organize their records, so they either lose or misplace my paperwork nearly every time I go. While this kennel is located conveniently close to my house, I'm starting to consider going somewhere else because they are so frustratingly disorganized.

Our dog stayed here for 6 nights, and this was his first boarding experience ever, despite being 5 years old. I obviously can't say what his days were like, and I hope he wasn't cooped up inside the chainlink kennel all or most of the day, but he seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up. The staff were all very friendly with us and with him, and very accommodating. The rates are great too.

We boarded our two golden retrievers, and two cats here. The place is clean, the people are friendly and competent and they obviously care about the animals they care for. Our dogs both had baths before departing, and they came home smelling great! One of our cats needed medication for a preexisting urinary tract infection, and this was administered as we requested.

Great place, great people - we would use them again.

I have used this kennel multiple times for boarding my young dog. The staff does a really good job- my dog gets a walk every day and the employees treat him well. Very clean kennel and family owned and operated (family lives on site). Highly recommend this kennel in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area!
