Excellent team who care about the health and well being of their clients. They are honest, caring, professional and friendly. Dr. Wiglesworth is extremely knowledgeable and through. He treats his clients like they are his pets and does a great job of explaining whatever is going on with your pet. He will tell you if a specialist is needed and if so, he stays in touch with the doctor(s) so that he knows how things are progressing. We have been with his clinic for 12+ years and they have cared about each and every visit. Durning that time we have had to send some pets to Heaven and they were so supportive and took excellent care durning this entire process as well. They are truly a team you want to work with in the good and hard times. Highly recommended!!

I have live in the area for about 1 year. Have been using south patrick animal hospital for boarding my dog for about 6 months. Slightly over priced but good location and normally friendly staff. The reason for the one star rating in this instance is from during hurricane Irma. I was deployed in the military and my wife had boarding my dog when she when on vacation the week before. The order came to evacuate the area and we did not have anyone to pick up my dog. They did not evacuate my dog when hurricane Irma hit the area. They said they were checking in on my dog regularly. Not sure on that since the authorities raise the bridges after evacuations to prevent returns or looting. My issue was they left my dog there ALONE during a hurricane with no one in an evacuation zone. And then had the gall to charge me for those days. NOT COOL!

Just relocated to this area and between the beach and the pool our dog was a stinky shedding mess! I called several places and they couldn't groom him for days, but I called here and they were kind enough to squeeze him in since all I wanted was shampoo and brush. They did a great job and we'll certainly use them again!

We are always seen at our appointment time, and the staff is always friendly. Fees are reasonable. The staff always calls the following day to check on my dog.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Wigelsworth at S. Patrick Animal Hospital for about 6 years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the care they receive there. The doctor and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and attentive, and are always there when we need them. In addition, I board there, and the staff in the kennel takes amazing care of my babies - they treat them just as I do. They feed and administer medications as required; they keep the environment very clean; and most importantly, they give lots of love and attention. I've also used the grooming services - great work! They're truly "animal people," and are amazing caregivers. Thank you!!!

I don't know how this place has such a high rating, the reviews are littered with one star experiences and mine is the same. Brought my healthy cat in for a simple neuter and have been dealing with nursing him back to health from a botch job ever since. Between this office and the emergency room I've been taking my cat to now to fix him I've spent over $1000 in one week. The front desk is more concerned with their ridiculous scheduling than caring for animals. Please if you love your animals do not bring them here!

Went here when it was Dr. Fuller. I can't believe he sold the practice to such a heartless human being. My cat had cancer and needed fluids. I brought in the morning because we had run out of the fluids we were giving her. The rude front desk asked if we had an appointment and I said no we only need fluids. The doctor was at his desk doing paperwork and kept looking over. Front desk said we only see pets that have an appointment and we have nothing today and we can't give more fluids without examining her (as Wiggleswortt sat there listening) My cat died that day and could of lived longer. This man has no heart. Avoid this place at all costs. Dr. Retamozo at Eau Gallie Veterinary is so kind and worth the drive if you live beachside.

Moved here 2 years ago and had an emergency in our family. They were very nice and worked it out to board our dog with them at the last minute. She was clean and happy when we picked her up a week later. We have since used them for most of our needs with our dogs shots, etc. The staff is always friendly and our dog actually wags her tale and seems to love going in.Very glad we found them.We are totally satisfied with the care they have given our dog.

This is a very good and caring vet. He keeps up on the latest knowledge and is conscious of how expensive vet services are now. He does not pressure you to have procedures done- he is not trigger happy about surgery at all. When we first took our dog there after he had been hit by a car in 2009, it was the second opinion. The emergency vet had said he needed to do tons of tests and keep the dog, but that our dog probably wouldn't live since he had a traumatice brain injury and was paralyzed. But Dr. Wiglesworth recommended no tests- he said sometimes, given time, dogs will come back from such an injury, and just to love him and be patient. We did that, and little by little, over a six week period, he came back totally, learned to walk again and is perfect today.
More recently, my dog had a fatty tumor and the vet suggested watching it for years, but it continued to grow and became so large that I asked if it was time to remove it, at which time he did. At the same time, since he was under anesthesia, Dr. Wiglesworth cleaned his teeth. My dog had no complications and has a new lease on life!
We also have a cat and the staff is equally as good with her. My cat does not like people in general but she is very sweet to these guys- they have a way with animals.
