I am very unhappy with the way I was treated form the service department Mainly the service writer I had the pleasure of dealing with was very argumentative and just has no customer service skills at all. My truck is still under warranty and I'm not trying to get something for nothing When they called and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck the service writer was trying to argue with me about the transmission slipping and said to drive it tell it breaks. So I went to pick it up and they put it beside the road with all the nice trucks that are for sale which I found very unprofessional. I didn't get 2min down the road and I turned around because it was really messing up bad and within 5min of the tech driving it he said my torque converter was coming unlocked and the truck was surging and we got back to the dealership he talked to the service writer and the first thing she said with a attitude "I told you it wasn't slipping" I dropped the truck off Monday and it is now Wednesday and within 5 minutes of someone looking at it they see there is a problem. I could just go on and on about how I was treated very poorly. I hope that's not how they treat every customer there. It was my first time and last time dealing with this dealer

We have purchased all of our vehicles from Eagle Buick over the last 15 years, most recently 3 in the last nine months. Car buying can be stressful, but the employees at Eagle do their best to make it a stress free experience. Yesterday afternoon our daughter bought her first car from Eagle. Even though she is young she was treated with respect and not taken advantage of. The experience for her was stress free! Thank you to all that helped her, we appreciate you treating her like family!

From start to finish, this was the best auto purchase I've ever experienced,very courteous service ,very attentive to your needs, help you meet the prospective budget that you would be comfortable with! I walked away very happy my wife is very pleased with our new car(new to us) purchase. Also very excited by the new friendship of some of the staff that we've met at beagle Buick wonderful people great business I will recommend it to all of my friends and family thank you guys so very much for making this happen. My experience at Eagle GMC has always been positive. They are honest and thorough! I can't say enough about Ambra in Service, her knowledge and level of professionalism is superb! She is an asset to not only your service center but dealership as well! I could only wish to have someone like her on my team at work. She went out of her way to work with my insurance company looking out for Me all while keeping my financial situation in mind and made it happen! Eagle Buick GMC has by far the best service department I've ever been to, Laura is one of the nicest caring people I know, and David is the best mechanic that's ever touched my car which is my pride and joy, they work fast and efficiently and it makes a world of difference knowing that my car is well taken care of. Great job, keep it up..

Shields really helped me alot when I went in to replace my son's car after an accident. I had a tight budget because still had to make old payment on top of this new one. He worked with the finance department to make it happen. I recommend Shields to help you find what you need. Tell him I sent you.
