Worst service ever! They were prompt to respond but left our yard looking like a bomb went off!
Our water main broke in December and they came and fixed. While they were trying to fix it their machine broke so they had to dig up our entire front yard. We understood they aren't landscapers but you'd think they'd have common sense.
Less than 30 days later the water main broke again. They had installed it incorrectly and caused even more damage. This resulted in yet more damage to our yard.
Then we went to turn on our sprinkler system and they forgot to hook that up to the water main when they fixed it the first time. Yup you guessed it. They had to rip up the yard a 3rd time. I understand this wasn't the plumber, he hired incompetent workers that couldn't do the job right and took 3 times to fix a problem with our yard getting worse and worse each time.
The owner refuses to take any responsibility and is offering no solution. Because this happened outside of our house its not covered by insurance and has now cost us well over $10,000!!
This is not a company I would recommend if you ever have any issues. Yes they will fix it but there is added costs each time that they refuse to even acknowledge.response / report this review -

We were so impressed with E-Z Plumbing!!
After finding water dripping into our basement we called multiple plumbing companies all who couldn't squeeze us in that day. But Jeremy made time at the end of his day to come check out our situation and professionally & quickly located the exact location of the leak in our pipes originating on an upper level of the home and fixed the issue.

Awesome customer service. Went the extra mile and then some. Response time was excellent. Handled a relatively big problem with ease. Good looking pipe work too. Left the work area cleaner than he found it. Jeremy is a skilled tradesman. Would definitely recommend.
