Ron and team were very responsive and professional. I called him for help on very short notice after the freeze. Knowing we were without water, he promised to make it to my house that day to find all our leaks and repair the pipes. He showed up and fit me in to his crazy schedule, stayed late in the evening in order to find all the leaks (and even repaired a toilet while he was here). Overall, he is great! I would recommend him to anyone for anything.

As with many others, we had damage to our home due to the winter storm/freeze. We discovered Ron with First Service Plumbing by word of mouth. From the start his team was professional and honest with the information that we were given. The timeline presented was accurate and their communication consistent. We felt that the pricing was very favorable. The work was done as promised and the price on our quote is what we were charged. We will continue using Ron with First Service Plumbing.

Don’t call the big companies unless you want to pay considerably more than you should. If you live in the Houston area and need a quality plumber, this is the only company to call. Ron and his team are honest, professional, and do a fantastic job with everything they do. I’ve used this company repeatedly over the past year or so, and every time I’m impressed.
