I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the young Tech that came out. He was clean and actually early for my appointment. Early is good late is really bad. He explained everything he was about to do and had pictures of how dirty my A/C unit actually was. I had called several companies, left messages and they were the only ones that returned my calls. I'm very glad they did. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed. Request Manuel.

I'm very pleased to see that there is an A/C company, and technicians we can trust to do the right thing in the Imperial Valley. Eric who took my phone call was a complete professional and very helpful. I explained the problem with my A/C condenser to him, and he handled it perfectly. Eric saved me some money and had the condenser fixed right away.
The technician that showed up (Manuel) was also a complete professional. Manuel was very respectful and knowledgeable. After I explained what was going on with my A/C condenser he went straight to work, spotted the problem within minutes and had it repaired quickly. My A/C systems is now working extremely well.
The Air Conditioning Guys really went above and beyond to help me out. They provided me with real customer service and made a customer out of me.

Really appreciate The A/C Guys. They made getting a new A/C stress free. They are very responsive and great at communicating. I didn't have to wait weeks for them to arrive and they showed up on time. They were extremely kind and professional and the price for a new A/C was extremely reasonable.
