Not a good customer service experience. The women looked at me in disgust and then did not take me an entire 48 minutes before they closed. Not how you treat loyal customers and turning away a guaranteed $60 at the door with a nasty attitude is never good for business.

The ladies did a wonderful job! Very friendly. Beautiful set up. Lee did my gel manicure and did a wonderful job with my really short nails. Will definitely be back to see them again!! Enjoyed the feet and hands massage too with my Mani-pedi!

I'm not from the area, but stopped in here for a badly needed mani pedi. The staff was very nice and actually talked to me during the service. She got me all fixed up and my nails look great! I will definitely go here again if I'm in the area and would definitely recommend them. If you're worried about getting in, just call them and make an appointment.

I had a great experience here today. I called a little bit ahead to schedule a time for me and my sisters, and when we arrived we picked our colors and away we went.

The chairs are comfy, if just a touch challenging to make do what you want them to do.

The only problem I had and the main reason I gave them 4 instead of five is because the water was cold for all three of our pedicures.

Everything else was awesome. They were welcoming, conversational, and willing to work on all of the rough spots on my feet.

I will be coming back

Great salon with great service, I've been going here for almost five years! Vi accommodated my bridal party and always asks about my mom. They really do care about their customers and are all about quality. Because of this they are usually busy so while you can get a walk in, it's best to make an appointment if you're on a tight schedule.

I believe this is one of the best nail salons in Indianapolis. Vi cares about her clients and her employees. If you want professional nails or pedicures at a fair price with quality people, visit E Vi Nails in the Lakeland Plaza next to George's Restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Perfection. They do gel nails better than any other nail place or spa including the Four Seasons--Kualalai. So busy that they even fill their walk in slots. Best bet is to call a day ahead.

Courteous, pleasant staff. They stay very busy and if they are not able to take you when you walk-in, they are good about offering alternative times to come back. Would not recommend walking in if you want to be seen right away, but instead make an appointment.
