These guys are awesome and professional. The mitigation guys were fast and efficient in their work. Adrian, was very informative and transparent about how the entire process works, from start to finish and I felt and I felt I was in good hands with people who had MY best interests in mind. Any question or inquiry I had, whether after-hours or on the weekend, Adrian was always available. It seemed he was one-step ahead of the adjuster. My project manager, Martin, was always a wealth of knowledge. They have a great team over there and they orchestrated, the handling of my claim, very efficiently.

Dry Star was recommended to us by a plumber who helped repair a leak. I called in the mid morning and they were out that afternoon to inspect and provide an estimate on the job. The next day Miguel and Cody showed up right at the beginning of the estimated window of time for arrival and quickly took care of the job. They were very professional and courteous, and made sure all of our questions were answered. They were able to remove unaffected items without damaging them and just remediate the directly impacted items, helping save me money on the renovation work that I need to do still. I received a quote from another vendor for this work, and they wanted to remove significantly more than was necessary and quoted us 10x more cost than Dry Star was able to complete it for. I felt like they were aboslutely competent in their approach and how the job was handled and have no concerns of anything being missed. I will absolutely bring them in again if I ever have another issue, and will recommend it to anyone I find out has an issue like mine.

Dry Star did an amazing job when we had mold due to a water leak in my wife's office. We called them in the afternoon one day and they were able to come in a few hours later and started to work immediately on the clean-up. They finished the job expeditiously, communicated very well and did a great job. Robert was great to work with and really advocated for us with the insurance. I absolutely recommend as they were great to work with. Awesome job all around.

Dry Star came out to my house quickly and started work immediately. I had a leak from what the tech told me was a “clean water source” and I called right away and they were able to get my house dried out by taking off baseboards and putting hoses into the wall and told me that most companies would just tear out my drywall. I had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I love my new kitchen. Dry star did a good job. They were knowledgeable, professional, knew how to deal with the insurance and fun to work with. (Especially Martin)
