Was told they would be here in 45 min. After an hour of sitting in the heat we called to check on the tow. They sent them out on a second "quick police call" and it would be another 30-45 minutes. Called another tow company and they will be here in 30.
The tow truck driver called while I was making this post. He just received the dispatch call 5 minutes after we called another company.
BTW if you call AAA1 towing you get the same dispatch.response / report this review -

Great group of drivers. When we got the car from impound the made sure we got it loaded before they left the yatd.

The staff had no vehicle for me after I had reserved a truck three days earlier and didn't seem overly concerned. They were incompetent and disengaged from me as a customer, but at least they were rude. Avoid this joint for truck rental at all costs.
