Wow!! There aren't enough words to describe my experience with Duffy's - look no further if you want an A++ experience when it comes to design and service.

I was met with a look of excitement when I told the designer I wanted a contemporary arrangement for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. Our order was delivered within minutes of the promised 1 p.m. time.

Did Duffy's deliver? See for yourself. I would say a resounding, "Yes!"

So I needed flowers for my 42nd AnniversaryI called Duffies Flowers and luckily got Sandy on the phone. This was one day before I needed the arrangement. We got the most amazing assortment of flowers in less than a day! My wife loves any flowers, but this is the freshest, most fragrant assortment ever. They even got my attention. Kudos to Duffies Flowers and thank you!!😎

Duffy has the most amazing and talented designers. The owner is very knowledgeable and she is will
create the most gorgeous floral arrangement to fit your budget. They transformed a lovely but very plain barn venue into a beautiful and fabulous venue with a WOW factor!

Duffy's flowers and plants in Solon Ohio always took care of us when my mom was around and needed birthday, Mother's Day, and other gifts which she always enjoyed getting. Now that she has passed, & we don't need to buy her flowers, I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

I very much wish I could give a zero star review, exactly what many of the other reviewers have stated. I visited the store to order arrangements for my daughter's first birthday party. I showed the girl multiple photos of what I wanted. I told her I knew they could not look exactly like the photo (using tropical flowers, etc.), but she promised me they would look very similar and great. She took many notes.
A week later, I went to pick up the arrangements. They were literally NOTHING like I ordered. Not only were they not what I ordered, they were not classy looking at ALL - filled with "mini" roses, carnations, and ugly yellow flowers that looked like pollen. To fill empty space where flowers should have been, they inserted large hideous ribbons. They quoted me $50 for what I asked for, and I can assure you - these were no where NEAR $50 arrangements. When I told the owner this, she immediately started talking down to me, borderline yelling at me (again, similar to what other reviewers have posted). I told her very simply - these are literally not even close to what I asked for, and she kept repeating that they were. She even continued to argue with me when another customer came in the store!! Here I was, 3 hours before my daughter's first birthday party, with ugly flowers and no time to go find new ones. I left wanting to cry out of frustration and anger (again, similar to what other reviewers have said) at this situation.
I cannot believe the way I was treated by this woman. I repeatedly told her, I asked for something, and you did not deliver on it. She could not comprehend that whatsoever and continued to act like I was in the wrong and, quite frankly, like I was an idiot. Being a small business, I would expect that she would want continued business and would make an effort to do whatever needed to be done to make it right. Zero apology from her, nothing. Unbelievably rude.
Save yourself - go to the local Heinen's, or even Giant Eagle for that matter. You will be FAR happier with the flowers, but more importantly the service. I can assure you, at a minimum, you will not be treated like you are incompetent (her choice of word, not mine).
Lastly, such a common theme here and on other review sites (Yelp, etc) of the horribly rude service. I have counted no less than 10 reviews across sites stating this woman has belittled people and offered horrible service. Wouldn't you think she'd get the hint???

We went through Duffy’s for our wedding and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! I was very indecisive and didn’t come with many ideas except for one picture of a bouquet. Sandy took that picture and ran with it and did an absolutely amazing job! The flowers and centerpieces were above and beyond what I had ever pictured! She knows her stuff and had so many good ideas and recommendations and was completely honest with what would work and what wouldn’t. She was super easy to work with and so on top of things! From getting the flowers to us in time for pictures to setting up the church and the venue I didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of and she was very organized and made sure everything was covered the week before. I am SO happy we went with Duffy’s, I completely recommend them for any future brides if you want the flowers to be beautiful and one less stress! Thanks Sandy!!

My bf sent a lovely bouquet of surprise roses today! Every Monday should begin with a bundle of Duffy's Flowers. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged! The delivery man was nice and efficient. The personalized card was perfect. 5 stars.

I went in to inquire about flowers for my wedding in December. I made an appointment to speak with Sandy and when I brought pictures in, it was as if that wasn't enough to help direct them to what I wanted. I made it clear that I wanted simple because that's just my taste/personality and didn't want to spend a fortune on flowers. After that moment on it was as if she didn't even want to help me. She tried to up-sell me on additional pieces in a bouquet/idea. I was very frustrated (obvious to her) because I kept asking questions to try to get an idea from what pictures I had and she was very short and spoke down to me and my mom like in a "well duh" manner. I do not know much about flowers and I am very visual so that's why I took pictures in. Sandy advised me based on what she would want, not listening to what I said and when she spoke about what I wanted it was almost in a tone of disgust and non-importance. She was not warm in the manner you'd expect someone providing customer service and trying to get business with. I left wanting to cry out of frustration. Very dry personality, matter of fact and rude. She kept referencing their website for pictures which I reiterated was limited. There was zero excitement and no eagerness to please. I know their name is known around town, but if her being rude wasn't bad enough, the prices she quoted was much more overpriced than the prices I got from another local florist in Aurora.

I have always been satisfied with both the service and arrangements from Duffy's.
Today I walked in with a photo of an arrangement I had seen on-line, to be sent out of state. The clerk must have made 6 phone calls in order to find
a florist to fulfill my request. I told her it was "okay", and would settle on something similar, she kept making phone calls! And on Good Friday, probably one of their busiest times. Above and beyond the call of duty!. I will definitely use this florist for my future floral needs, In fact, I wish I had more need for their services. I only hope she realizes how happy it made me to know my little niece will receive the arrangement I wanted.

Very dissatisfied with Duffy's flowers!
My husband sent me a bouquet for our wedding anniversary the flowers started dying 2 days later. I know he spent well over $100.00 for the bouquet.
Duffy's tried to make it right by sending another bouquet but some of the flowers were wilting when it was delivered and the bouquet did not resemble the first one at all. Very disappointed.

The boutineers and corsages were very over priced. My corsage was partially dead when i revieved it and it was completely dead the next day. Furthermore, the customer service was horrible, it seemed as if the workers didn't know what they were doing. For example, of them proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my order that I ordered a month ahead of time. Eventually I did get my order, however, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in and the woman who helped me was not only rude, but tried to tell me what I wanted. They had a very small selection to choose from and insisted that I needed to match my corsage and boutonniere, isn't the customer always supposed to be right??

Horrible customer service, my arrrangement didn't look like what I ordered and they said it would take hours to fix so I went to target, bought a new case/planter and did it myself in 5 minutes. Id never order flowers here again.
