Stopped here as we were driving across Pennsylvania. It was so good that we made sure to stop there on the way back. Excellent prices, big selection, tasty food, and friendly servers!
Very nice place, friendly staff all around great atmosphere. Loved my experience ☺
Great meal! Everything tasted homemade. Highly recommend the stuffed meatloaf. Great portions even for the kids menu. The kids loved the oldies diner look. We will be going back again for sure!
Walking in the door is like stepping into an old fashioned diner! The food was very good; especially the burgers. I had their custom challenge burger designed by the general manager and it was incredible! The prices are probably a little low for the quality but it's one of the things that keeps us coming back! The diner is clean and the staff very accommodating and professional. Give them a try .. You'll probably love the place.
My wife and I decided to stop in Dubois for the night after driving 1100mi on out trip from Minnesota to Long Island . glad we did. Checked into the Best Western and they recommended this Diner. Good food, Great service. The staff was welcoming and friendly. It was a GOOD dining experience
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger (medium) fries( crispy) and an iced tea(half and half). Burger was well done. The bacon, advertised as crispy was undercooked, and hanging out all over the burger. Couldn't get a clean grip. Fries were soft and had no seasoning. Tea was still way to sweet. Wife ordered a fish sandwich and slaw. To much batter the bun looked like someone had stepped on it. The slaw was by far the worst we had ever tasted.not a good dining experience.
Atmosphere is fun and comfortable!! Feels like you have stepped back in time. Everything was sparkling clean. The Dubois Diner staff are super friendly and work together as a team. We had 9 people in our group. Food was scrumptious!!! Enjoyed by All!!
The Dubois Diner is modeled after a pullman dining car with a decidedly 50's theme, making it unique in the area. They have a full menu for dining, a buffet dinner that typically runs on weekends, and a full bar serving adult beverages in both a designated "bar" area and the dining area itself. This makes it a bit unique in PA, since most diners are food only, and alcohol is not served. Waitresses are always friendly and helpful, and the guys working the grill definitely know what they are doing. The menu is substantial, with everything from wings and appetizers to steak dinners available. They have an assortment of specialty burgers named after specific cars (my personal favorite being the Mercury Lead Sled), as well as some exotic burgers from Elk and Bison. There is a dedicated kids menu that comes with ice cream for desert at a very reasonable price. All in all, I really enjoy this diner, and stop often for a quick bite or just to have a cup of coffee.
Cool style 50-60s diner. Food is good homemade style.
Love this place! Breakfast is everything you want breakfast to be. Plus, the staff is always nice and engaging.
Amazing. Omg Onion Rings were the best ever. Burgers were perfect. Might move there just so we can be regulars lol. Will be back next trip out here. Wait staff was great as well
Nice place to eat. Retro style dinner. They serve alcohol. Food was really good and the prices are fair. I'm looking ford to my next stop there.
As diners go, this one is pretty good. the food is average diner food, but the prices are amazing. Anytime we're in the area, we stop in for breakfast.
