Unfriendly people, not at all eager to honor their warranty. They gave me phone numbers and sent me away. They were upset that I came to their shop.

**CAUTION** DO NOT Purchase one of their units. They do not stand by their product (that is a huge investment for people.) **NOTE - Their customer testimonials are all before they were bought out..** They have a KNOWN issues and don 't tell their customers. Within the first year, our front cap started to badly fade (brown paint color). I contacted DRV multiple times about this issue during that first year. They kept telling me it probably needs a good wash and wax. We spent more than $2,000 over a two year period trying to get the front cap to shine again. NOW we find out this was a KNOWN 2014 paint issue from the manufacturer. I contacted them again and confirmed they were aware of this issue. They stated its not a safety issue and has been too long. "Maybe if it was within the first year or two we could have done something." They really don't care at all that this was a KNOW issue. Seemed bothered that I would be contacting them about this issue after owning my unit for 4 years. Hell I just wanted to know how to fix it. Terrible customer service. - Good luck to you if you actually buy one.

I sold my Tiffin Allegro Bus and purchased a DRV Mobile Suites based on there reputation before Thor took over. I purchased by 2017 MS 39DRBS3 and here is the story. My unit was delivered to Granby Colorado, 1200 miles from the dealer. It was still the winter months and it was averaging 20's F. I could not figure out why the unit was not getting warm on the front and rear ends of the coach, I went to look for a cause and found ALL of the ductwork (ultra thin plastic tube supported by wire) had holes in it. The installer made it so tight there was no give while traveling down the road and ruptured the ducts. I then found a leak on the front end of the unit where water was leaking out from a screw, can't wait to find the cause. So far I haven't found the entry point of the water. I took it back to the dealer in OK City where he fixed the ductworks. I brought it home and it stays nice and toasty with the fix. After that 2400 mile round trip the flooring under the sink collapsed, it was stapled upward into the frame of the center island therefore not able to have any weight on it. I rebuilt the floor under the sink properly and now we are good. While fixing that floor I found the entire island is depending on two bolts that hold the island in place. Note that these bolts are going the the same floor board that fell out under the sink. While cleaning house I noticed that the valance over the big kitchen window had dropped out on one side. The wood valances are secured into 1/8" wood laminate panels on the underside of the shelves on the ceiling. In addition found the valance in the bedroom and the rear bay window had also broken loose. I found that the hydraulic cylinders used on the slides to push out and pull in are non-repairable throw away cylinders. I am leaving in April to go back to the dealer where he will replace the blown cylinder on my door side slide. MY CLOSING THOUGHTS, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER BUILD RV. THOR IS USING THE OLD REPUTATION TO MAKE PROFITS ON THE NEW UNITS GOING OUT AND WHEN SALES DROP THEY WILL DISCONTINUE THE DRV LINE. At the rate they are going it should not be long.

They have 8 full hookup RV sites and do not charge for use of the sites during the repairs. We stayed the night before the repairs and the night after, very convenient. All the repairs were done very well and efficiently. I will return here if repairs are needed in the future. Great job.

Before DRV was bought by Thor I heard nothing but great things about DRV but that has changed. I bought a DRV three years ago based on what I heard from other customers, but they don't seem to care any more about the customers need, just making money and make the big dollar. Perfection and customer satisfaction isn't there any more far their customer.

If you require DRV Warranty repair find a professional repair facility. I would not recommend DRV to anyone
