Nadia's facials are an absolute art form. you can most definalty feel the pride in her work. i prefer an hour facial (especially the crystal facial) over a massage any day, it's so relaxing & refreshing. great attention to details from the therapy room to the oils & crystals she uses.

I went here almost 3 years ago now. I've always had an issue with my eyebrows since middle school. Not sure why but they never grew back on the outside areas after i had them done once. I had done a lot of research om tattooed brows before booking this. Where i wanted to go was im Florida where i used to live but I moved to Columbia City amd when i searched arouns for places that did what I wanted there weren't a lot of options. A lasy, i forget her name now, bit I believe is the only one who was certified to do what I needed. I emailed her about the procedure to get info and all and sent pics of the exact look I wanted and the technique used and all that i researched making sure thats what they did. She assured me it was and that she could do as I pleased. So i went. The place is very nice, friendly staff, the lady was very sweet and professional. However, right after the procedure, which i was supposed to still come out of it being able to go in public without looking crazy. That was not the case. It looked like I had black sharpie marker on for eyebrows, it was horrible! But i gave it the benefit of the doubt. Figured after it started healing and peeling off that the hairstroke look I had asked for would show. I did everything as directed for aftercare didnt pull n pick at the skin let it fall off on its own. Even after healing it looked nothing like I had asked. It didnt look like the natural hairstroke brows I had shown her multiple pics of. They were slightly uneven as well. And i know when she was done with the procedure she said I'd have to come bsck in for a touchup for any areas that may b patchy and what not. But I didnt even go back, she never contacted me either as she said she would for follow up. I just left it because I couldn't do nothing about it. Couldn't be fixed. Even when I checked with the lady at the place in Florida i was going to go to she told me she doesn't work over previously done work. So mine have to fade completely away in order to get them done correctly by what u feel are more experienced people who specialize in the type of permanent eyebrow look I wanted. Its been this long n doesn't seem like theyve faded as much as I'd hoped they would so I can get them done right. Only kinda positive thing of this was that now i have at least somewhat of brows so I'm not as self conscious knowing i can wake up n not have to put brows on or worry bour them coming off swimming and stuff. I still have to shape n fill them in a little to get the somewhat look i intended, so its nice having a permanent guideline basically. But i did this in order to not have to worry bout doing anything with my brows again. Nomore pencils and powders. Ive had that for so many years and i was si excited to finally not have to worry about that anymore and constantly spend money on brow products. But i still have to, just dont have to use as much but still, its very frustrating. So this may be a great place for hair and what not but I'd say if you're trying to do permanent makeup. Eyebrows specifically, I def wouldn't recommend this place at all. You'd be better off spending a little extra money to travel to a bigger city that has more options and specialist for this type of work.

I've been going to The Forum for 20+ years. I can honestly say I've had only the best, highly skilled, personal service EVERY TIME. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my "cut and color".
