Find another place to go. Expensive repairs and they don't seem to listen to what you tell them.
I brought my vehicle in for routine service, an oil change and tire rotation. I did not need an appointment, and it only took about 45 minutes or so for everything, including brake, battery, and tire inspection. The price was very reasonable, and they also offer a service rewards program, which is free and seems pretty nice. A very good experience.
Been here a few times with both a 2008 F250 and a 2013 F150. Never made me pay for anything the trucks didn't need, and are more than willing to "road test" with me in the vehicle so everyone's on the same page. If anything they advised me that certain things were not necessary (ultimately saving me hundreds in the long run). I can't count how many other Ford owners I've sent here that bought their trucks at other dealerships - needless to say, they're hooked now :). Good guys. Go here. I'll shut up now.
Great knowledgeable staff who are upfront and won't try to take advantage of you. Bernie, the owner will do whatever it takes to make things right. Can't recommend Drum Hill enough.
Best service around! Creig was a great salesman, he was honest and trustworthy. Great prices, I bought a truck at Kelly Blue value. If there are any issues they take car of it without question.
Since my first experience below which was 1 star, they have since made it up to me and I feel they are providing very good service. Took my Flex in today (for service tomorrow) and they got to it today - which was very helpful! So I feel they have made the effort to win me back!
I have a service business and one of our Ford Transits has transmission trouble. I called on Thursday June 30th to schedule to bring it in. I was told the earliest they could look at it would be Tuesday July 5th due to the holiday weekend. I scheduled the appointment and told them I would drop it off Friday the 1st so it would be there for them to look at first thing Tuesday since every van is critical to servicing our customers in a timely fashion.
Today - Tuesday arrives and at 10:30 that morning I called them since I had heard nothing. I was told that they had not looked at it yet since they only have one transmission guy and that he was busy but that would probably look as it later that afternoon and get back to me. I explained this is a service vehicle and that I needed to get it resolved asap and that had I known that they were backed up I would have called around to take it elsewhere. 2 hours later at 12:30 I get another call to tell me that their transmission guy had called in sick and that they would not be able to even look at it until tomorrow - maybe. I again explained that this is a service vehicle critical to my business and that I expected them to look at it first thing tomorrow but all they said was they would try.
I cannot remember when I have experienced such incompetence. How could they not know that their transmission guy was out when I called the first time? And now another day goes by and I lose more business as my vehicle sits in their lot. And this is a 2013 Transit with only 30-40k miles on it!!! So to ensure that any major repair is covered I must stick with Ford while my vehicle sits idle in their lot..
Bought a truck here about 5 year's ago didn't have a very good experience decided to give them a 2nd chance even worse the 2nd time around will never buy here again!
Its funny that you took the time to look up my name to see what I purchased but never took the time to call and see what the bad experience was; you assumed it was do to parts being ordered, although that was a very small part of the frustration, it was so much more than that.
Bought a used car about a year ago from Drum Hill Ford and had such a great experience that we went back again this Fall to upgrade to a new family car! Staff was awesome throughout the whole process! Highly recommend checking them out for a good deal.
Purchased a new 2016 edge and what fantastic sales has been, Nice and easy with no hassle, they were so great to work with.
The Service Manager Alan Randell is a great man. He helped finding out the problem in my car and he fixed it amazingly. I liked the value-for-money process they used to diagnose the issue. Thanks to Drum Hill Ford.
I brought my car in for service and they did a good job, but customer service wad a bit hit or miss for me.
I called the day before to schedule my oil change and was told I didn't need an appointment for an oil change and could just drop in anytime between 8am and 1pm on Saturday and they would handle it without issue.
When I came in on Saturday morning, I was told I should have made an appointment and that because I didn't they couldn't tell me when they would be able to get to my car. This kinda put me off because of my phone conversation from the day before, and also because I got in a half hour after they opened and the place was basically empty.
They did the job in a timely manner, and I'll give them another chance because they did good work. Howevee it isn't like they have a huge number of people running the service department. They might wanna try to get everyone onto the same page.
