I've been going to Dr. Wong for years and not only does he spend the time necessary to ensure you get exactly what you need, his whole staff is amazing. Can't recommend enough. Look forward to visit in the new office.

Dr. Yoon and the rest of the staff are all very kind. The Dr was willing to talk to you an educate you. And even answered some questions I had about random eye stuff. And was kind and inviting the whole time 10/10 would go again.

I have been going to Dr. Wong for 4 years and the entire staff has always been great with me and my family. They take the time to answer any questions you have.

Had an incident where I had to change my appointment, and they pushed it back for me WITH NO HESITATION. I showed up, explained ,and they were so nice. I could not ask for a better place to go for Eye Care. I have been to many eye doctors, but there is no place like this. I can promise you that you will be taken care of and happy!!

The staff was friendly and as a first time patient they made the sign in process fast and easy. Dr. Wong saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival. He explained everything well. Good experience.

Nothing but good things to say about this lens crafters branch. Great service, never an issue, always treated with respect. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommended for all your vision needs!!!

I went here for the first time and they not only helped me with my insurance and helped me look up my vision benefits but also gave me the best price on my contacts lens. The doctor I saw, Dr.Wong was nothing short of amazing and helped explain my prescription to me and the best options for my glasses. I would definitely recommend coming here for an eye exam.

My boyfriend goes here. He asked me to order contacts. Was clueless on what to do and what he needed (apparently diff scripts for each eye so i almost made mistake of getting two for one eye and one for the other lmao) but the gentleman who helped me order them over the phone was so wonderful he made sure i got it right and explained everything to me. He even waived a fee for me!! I wish I had gotten his name but it’s so refreshing knowing there are actual kind human beings out there still. Just talking to him for abfew minutes totally made my day. He was so polite and kind. (It is 11/6/17) idk who he is but whoever you are thank you kind sir!! Wish i got your name!! 😀

RIPOFF. Told me that I had to only pay $40.00 after medicare payment. I bought glasses at LenCrafters. NEVER told me cost of exam. "$40.00 plus your medicare. " They collected $40.00 from me, $121.15 from Medicare and want me to pay another $31.53. SCAMMERS. DO NOT GO THERE- LOW LIFE SCAMMERS.

Originally I made and appointment for an exam at this office because they advertised, in conjunction with Lens Crafters, that they had the newest, most accurate, digital equipment.well they don't, it's the same old eye chart test that has been used forever. I specifically was looking for another more accurate opinion because my previous lens prescription was not good. OK, no problem, I had the eye exam, which was fine and the girl was pleasant to work with. To be fair this was sometime in January, it takes me about almost two months before I get new glasses, which I give a good solid few weeks to try out but the prescription is not good. I decide I need to call back and have them re-check my prescription but it's not on the top of my list, I have lots of other more important things to do but finally today I called and explained the situation and asked for an appointment to re-check my prescription. The response was, "Sorry, it's over 3 months and you'll have to pay $95 now"..really?.it's been just over 4 months now and I have to pay $95 to have them attempt to correct their error?? I won't be returning to them anytime soon.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Wong's office. They're always so nice and welcoming when I come in for my visits. I saw Dr. Abraham my last visit and she was awesome! I didn't have enough contacts to wait for mine to be shipped so they gave me a couple sample packs. I definitely recommend Dr. Wong's office!!

Very bad patient service by Dr. Wong. Do not go for eye visits. You will not get a copy of your records. Dr. Wong does not answer to your requests. BAD SERVICE, AVOID !!
