Terrible experience with this agent and allstate!!! I have been paying allstate for over 10 years with no accidents!!! Allstate couldn't get an adjuster to drive out and look at my car for over a week. Apparently my spark plug blew out of my engine on the highway at night. At that point I thought I hit something on the road because of the loud noise of the threads being stripped from my engine and the plug shooting out from the exhaust. My car died on the spot. Are you serious? You can't get an adjuster to come look at my car. I cancelled the insurance immediately. To make it worse, corporate, the claims supervisor, Randall Bogani and sales personell have no idea how delete a claim which was proven no fault from me!!! The best they could do is send me a letter of experience which is worthless to other car insurance companies. Now my insurance has gone up because of their failure!!! Allstate steals your money and are absolutely no help! Btw, I love playing phone tag with these clowns in different states. Stay away!!! I had to contact NexisLexis to dispute the false claim. My next step is the DMV. Oh yeah, allstate wouldn't take my machine shop bills from my car. Thanks for your understanding Allstate. I will never go with you again and won't refer you.

Absolutely Awful Experience. They mailed my homeowner's policy to an incorrect address resulting in a lapsed policy and requirement to go through another underwriter at twice the cost. Multiple times we have asked for ways to save on our auto insurance with promises to call back - but never does! I don't need a birthday card every year - I need a good, honest policy at a fair price from a responsive agent. Hello Progressive - I'm now saving over $1000 on my three policies.

Randy Bogani & Staff are the best agents ever. I was paying a lot for my St.Farm insurance, they saved me over $900.00!! and on top of that, they made changing my insurance easy. I plan on having them write my home and life insurance. I trust and recommend them to everyone!!
