Absolutely love Dr. Kraus (and his staff)! I've never had any issues and so thankful that Dr. Kraus is an expert in this craft. I started going to Dr. Kraus, it seems, at least 5 years ago. Never had acne as a teen but it seems as soon as I turned 30, it made up for what was missed in my teen years! OTC meds would work temporarily but were not persistent. I would have huge nodules, redness, soreness, and of course, embarrassment. A friend/co-worker of mine always had flawless skin. I asked her what she used, she referred me to this facility/Dr. Kraus and it has been awesome! Appointments are in and out (unheard of in the medical field typically); he prescribes formulas that are unique to your specific skin care needs and boy do they work! He definitely knows his stuff. I'd stopped going for a while because my face had done a 180. However, I did start going back this Aug (2 months ago) and today my face is smooth, clear, and acne free! Feels so good Thanks, Dr. Kraus!

I have seen Dr Kraus for over 10 years and he is excellent. His compounds do the trick. He always has the patients best interest at hand. I saw several other dermatologist who were unable to resolve my skin issues and Dr Kraus was efficient and identified the issue and his compounds resolved my issue. I would never see anyone else. Thank You Dr Kraus.

Every time I have attended for an appointment the earliest i got into a room is 1 hour after the scheduled time frame. Not only that, while in the consultation/procedure, Dr. Kraus has seemed short in terms of attention to my questions. He was always rushing once stepping into room, and both times when i said i am, "not sure if i have more questions" his response was to say "okay", and bolt out of the room. The assistant staff/nurses are also hit or miss. It seems as though everyone there wants to be anywhere but there.
From the perspective of his diagnosis all seems well. But attention to detail and care of the patient past that is extremely lacking!

Amazing dermatologist. I've been going to Dr. Kraus for about 4 years. His practice has provided me the best service from my acne to when I got bit by sand fleas. I'm never disappointed. The compounds specifically for me are beyond amazing!

Dr Kraus is amazing! I struggled with acne on my face, chest, and back for years, and he was able to help me achieve clear skin within months. The topical medications he prescribes are worth every penny. I highly recommend Dr Kraus!

Best dermatology ever. The compound medication prescribed by him has been the only thing that has been able to keep my face clear for a year. I have had acne ever since I was a teen. Now I'm 34.. I have tried every antibiotic oral and creams. It would work for a month but my body became resistant to them. Dr Kraus prescribed the Wash, lotion and birth control pills. I couldn't believe I went a year without even one pimple. I went two months without the medication because I ran out as I was out of town. I started getting small little rush around my face. I'm going back to get refills. This medication requires to constantly be on it. You can skip a week or two but don't go a month without it. Can't wait to go back for more refills

I have been seeing Dr. Kraus for a year and he is by FAR the best dermatologist I've had in all my years. Within a couple of months of using the prescribed compounds so many people were commenting on how my skin had cleared up and was glowing and looked so healthy. I was going to post some before and after photos but before Dr. Kraus I rarely, if ever, took photos without makeup. Now I freely take them without makeup. I love the freedom and I feel so comfortable. I never feel rushed with Dr. Kraus. He has always taken the time to listen to all my concerns and answer any questions. I've found him to be knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and responsive. I've never had any issues. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Kraus.

I have been going to Dr. Kraus for 8 years now. He is THE best. I drive almost an hour to see him. The staff is friendly. He is friendly. The compounds he prescribes are magic. I highly recommend him!

By far the worst dermatologist experience I have had with Dr. Kraus. Went in for treatment and came out worse (breakout, scars) after applying the prescribed compound. I didn't receive a reasonable explanation or an apology --- but rather more costly prescriptions for which I was expected to pay for even after Dr. error. If I could go back in time I'd keep searching for a more professional and competent dermatologist who actually cares about properly treating patients. Otherwise, the nursing staff is friendly and the facility is nice. But still -- beware before booking an appointment here!
