  This post is 1/2 STAAR not 1 STAR . . .Non-union! Keep it at 100%. Poor management for employees not a good place for light-skin women in this building. (Discrimination/Jealousy/Envy amongst women) This place is not diversed. Employees sleeping or messing around with higher ups (men) for better positions and authority! The women look like Mafia huge, tall and short ones with manly features. Dog eat dog world but its sad how these folks do people very high turn-over rate. This building can keep folks if they stop hiring and firing for no reason just because they have authority. I hated working at this place (pit). No one in this building is accustomed to being where they are in authority, computer workers and want more power just to destroy innocent employees with LIES they TELL! Good choice for Single mothers no husband . . . or Wife with kids . . . Dark-skinned women . . . They see light-skin women as threats to their jobs especially if you educated.. . Low-wage job Loss Draft and folks step on others to move ahead not worth the pain you will endure at the hands of others (backstabbers) cause light-skin only! These folks think they know soo much but know very little . . . Don't let your looks stand out that kills the job . . You're FIRED! (Light-skin women) But understand everyone has to work for a living!! You never want the food taken from your mouths but you are prompt to remove it from others! You Reap what you Sow! If you as UGLY as some of these B*TCHES/WH*RES/SL*TS/Tramps in QA, Training and on the floor than you will fit in with them. One more thing "Stick the jobs up your *** and plug it! Another thing "Go straight to H*LL!" There are special cubicles and offices in H*LL with your names on them but not your titles!! Burn in H*LL!! Enjoy Assurant!!!
