When I bought the car I negotiated for accessories that need to be installed. Leaving the dealer I drove from Dover to NYC for a flight. The car pulled to the left. Strange for a new car and I was concerned this was going to be a bad omen. I made an appointment and brought the car in on my return, Steve in service brought the car right in installed the accessories and replaced a brand new tire as defective, problem solved and in just over an hour. Great service! And the car is awesome! I replaced a 2009 with a 2017 Accord. The improvements are incredible.

Dover Honda was great. Al was really helpful and listened to find out what I was looking for when trading my vehicle. Sarah in finance was so nice and great to work with. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle here- they are nice, helpful, honest and reliable! A+ service!
I also just got my car serviced and they were great about letting me know what my vehicle needed and even gave me a ride home while i waited for my vehicle. I highly recommend this place!

In all my years purchasing a car I can honestly and truly tell you this is the best experience I have ever had! No pressure, no sales pitch, total honesty, smiling faces, able to answer all question I had! Offered above and beyond amazing satisfaction to the whole ordeal! I felt like I was the only customer in the Honda dealership! I felt like my satisfaction mattered! The entire crew worked together in harmony. And our sales person, Paula was just the best! I would highly recommend Dover Honda to anyone who wants a truly extraordinary car shopping experience! We traveled two hours to go to this Honda dealership, recommended to us by our sons who have had this same amazing experience, and it was worth every mile! And the best part, AFTER the purchase, when they have your money, they STILL want to please you! What a pleasure! So happy with Dover Honda and my new 2018 Honda Fit! I most highly recommend Dover Honda to anyone who wants to feel special, appreciated and satisfied!

We went over to Dover Honda to look at a used car they had on their lot. From the moment we met Paul she was welcoming and made us feel very comfortable talking about what we were looking at and why for a car. She made us feel as though we'd been friends foreverand we just met! Throughout the entire experience she was honest, not pushy or sales-y at all! I will definitely be going back to see Paula in the future! 😊
Sarah was our finance person and she was just as friendly! She made the finance part of it simple and it was done quickly!
I still can't believe how easy they made it to purchase a car, all friendly, smiling and absolutely no pressure. They're definitely the best!! 😊

After a lengthy search for a used car, we ended up at Dover Honda in NH.
Browsing the online inventory, I saw a car that raised my interest and I used the online form to ask if it's still available. To my surprise, on a Friday night, I got a reply from Paula Redden.
We were able to schedule a visit a couple of days later to see and test drive the car. Paula is not your stereotypical car sales person: she was very welcoming, no pressure, didn't ask us any inappropriate questions like other sales people from other dealers did, and completely understood our needs.
We decided to buy the car after we drove it and thoroughly looked at it: Paula gave us all the time we needed to inspect the car ourselves to make sure it's exactly what we want and need. The price we got for the car was good too!
The purchase process went smoother than expected. We were from out of state, but the paperwork went really smooth!
Paula was an amazing sales person, and we would gladly recommend doing business at Dover Honda with her!

This was my first time at Dover Honda. I needed a state inspection. Their service was great. I was able to book my appointment online. When I arrived they had all of my information and was on-time with the appointment. Overall I had a great experience. The next time I need to make a car purchase I'll definitely consider purchasing here!

After test driving many vehicles at different dealerships, we returned to Dover Honda for two reasons. First, the 2017 CRV was our favorite of the vehicles we tested, hands down! Second, the experience we had at Dover Honda initially was wonderful. Charley and Ric gave us their best price on the vehicle from the get-go and were very straightforward. We were very happy with the purchase price of the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In addition, Charley was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very transparent and honest in all steps of the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We also had a great experience with Sarah in Finance. We purchased our Civic at Dover Honda in 2013 and are so happy we returned to purchase another vehicle here. The experience Dover Honda provides its customers is, in our opinion, significantly different than what the typical car dealership provides. Everyone is honest, upfront, friendly, and genuine. We look forward to returning here to have both of our vehicles serviced and will absolutely consider purchasing our next vehicle from Dover Honda! We would highly recommend purchasing a car here/servicing a car here to anyone.

Drive in (no appointment necessary) service department with cheerful, knowledgeable staff. Service is no bull, well explained, itemized, and deft every time I visit. They even go beyond by washing the car.
Clean restrooms, refreshments, comfortable seats, desks, television, and kids play room make for a pleasant waiting area.

Quality service, convenient scheduling process online, reasonable wait times, comfortable clean wait area. Decent selection of snacks and k-cup coffee available to those waiting. Prices are perhaps a little high, but that's to be expected at a dealership. I purchased my car at this dealership, which provides some discounts on services such as inspections. I will likely continue to service my car here.

I have never had a bad experience at Dover Honda. They are very friendly, helpful, professional and never try to make have any service that you don't want or need. My family has purchased 7 cars there in 12 years and we will always keep going back. I recommend them to anyone that wants a fair and honest dealership (I never thought I would say that!) that is very easy to work with. I am never treated "like a girl" when I go there. I am treated with respect and honesty. Way to go Dover Honda! Keep up the good work!

Update, I just bought my second car from Dover Honda and yet again, their team completely blew me away. Sue and Heidi really took care of me and made sure that the car I was buying was not only a good fit for me, but was within my budget. This is car number 9 my family has purchased from Dover Honda and all of us are very pleased with the whole process from the purchase of the car all the way to the last oil change on the car you trade it.

I arrived for an oil change and utilized Dover Honda's quick lane. I was greeted pleasantly and told it would be about 30-45 minutes. It was definitely under 40 minutes. I was very impressed to have it done so quickly on a Saturday with no appointment. They even washed the car as well. Great experience.

Brad in sales went out of his way to assist us with test drives of different Honda products, very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, much appreciated. The service department took care of the recall work on our Fit efficiently and even though we aren't regular customers did a wash and vac as if we were. If we lived closer I'd get my service at Dover Honda for certain.
