I am surprised that anyone would even have anything negative to say about the office manager Emilia Ramos. First I'd like to say I've been living there a little over a year and she is on top of everything. If an email is sent to her with in 5 mins I get a response. She is always helping out in every way she can. Even on the weekends she is answering emails. Office closes at 5 o'clock and I see her car there till 7-8 sometimes. The staff over all is very helpful. In regards to the cars being towed she always sends emails and letters to everyone and it's only fair to say that we are all warned at tenants and we have to follow the rules to help with the cleaning of our apartments. Now if you can't follow rules then there are consequences and I'm sure everyone gets the notices because I even have to email her that I got the message because she will send it man times. Rules are applied in order to keep order and keep our community clean and maintained. The staff overall are great. I have nothing negative to say about the complex or the staff. About the shooting it is unfortunate but it's a situation that no one has control of. It could've happened anywhere. But the situation was handled and I'm sure that the staff would never want anyone of their staff in harms way. But for the most part all the children play outside and seem to be pretty safe as mine are out there too.
I do not recommend this place to live in. I’ve been living here for over 6 years and it went good to bad once they hired this new property manager named Emilia Ramos. She’s never in her office and never returns the calls whenever there’s a service emergency, and if you do get a hold of her, she’s very rude to everyone. This place has become a real dump since then. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT move in here. Can’t wait for lease to expire so i can move. Plus somebody was shooting right in the middle of the complex i broad daylight and got arrested like 3 months ago. This can’t get any worse!
I really love it here. No, the area isn't the greatest with a huge campus nearby, but cops are patrolling all the times because they anticipate trouble and neighbors look out for you.
It can be noisy sometimes with general upkeep, but the complex does their best to warn you of the noise and (above all) is SUPER HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING YOU ASK THEM. If you need anything repaired or call them with a question, they respond as soon possible.
The apartments are also surprisingly nice. Overall it's a really good place.
They have recently removed a number of tenants that were of sketchy background to say the least. That's was great. Also, they have remodeled the exterior and interior of the apartments. They look good. However, my biggest complaint is the parking. Every year they take away visitor parking. Snow parking can't be used in the month of December even if it won't snow. The super has TWO parkings, one that used to be for visitors. This is a big issue because most apartments have two or more cars. My neighbors have three. We need more parking. Urgently!
neighborhood filled with low income hispanic families. head office is trying to improve the apartment quality but the neighbors are loud and disruptive, seen my neighbors smoke weed outside multiple times. electricity goes out even though the weather is fine. need to be much more selective on who moves in if you want to improve the quality of the complex.
Thank you, Tarek Mawetly, for your unbiased review. I went there to look at the nice interior back in 2013. Was reconsidering this place for Spring 2016.
Don't even think about moving there. unless you can deal with thugs.my neighbor was arrested 3 times because of stealing and the complex didn't kick him out and the reason was that the lease was under his mother. Until one day someone came and broke into my apartment stealing everything in it.
