I had an absolutely amazing Realtor sell my property in Marianna, Florida. Florida Showcase Realty was my choice where Jo Elle Roberts worked harder than any Realtor I have ever encountered(and there have been several throughout the Southeast over the last 40 years;) to market, advertise and seek out just the right buyers for my property. She absolutely is the hardest working agent I have ever encountered!! JoElle returned EVERY call I made to her and kept in constant contact with me updating me and answering all the questions I had throughout the process. Unfortunately, not all Realtors that I have encountered can make that claim; a few have been ghost after the initial listing contract has been signed:( As you can tell, I truly believe in JoElle and Ann at Florida Showcase Realty in Marianna. I got top dollar for my property I listed with them; an easy, uneventful closing, and all in record time. Thank you for being a seller's dream Realty company. Would definitely employ them again for either selling or buying of property.

My husband and I were blessed to find Clarice at Florida Showcase Realty. We flew to Florida from N.Y. and within a few days, Clarice had us in contract on a beautiful home that passed a rigorous inspection. She made the process enjoyable and kept it stress free for us. Thank you Clarice!

Ann Jones went out of her way to sell my home in Marianna, Florida. I had to move out of town quickly for a new job, and she was able to rent the home until it sold. She also assisted me in finding reasonable and competent workmen to make improvements to the home. I would highly recommend Florida Showcase Realty.

Ann walked me through selling my home and made it easy. She takes each sale as if it was her only one and makes it simple to do, She was able to sell my farm so I could move and she worked with me through each step of the process.

We had been trying unsuccessfully to sell our house with other realtors for over two years. When we listed our property with Ann, she found a way to get it done in just a couple of months. She was honest, a pleasure to work with, and gave us amazing guidance throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Ann for your next sell or purchase.

Had to chose a 1 star to place review. Very poor experience! I trusted realestate agents word on the inspector. Said he was the best in the business. Well realestate agent lied. Many things were covered up and or by passed. When sellers removed their personal belongings, the house way worse condition then bargain for. Almost didnt sign but felt pressured. Its been nearly 7 months now and I still didn't get the tile to one of my homes. Wouldn't recommend!!! Sad.

Mr. Sapp was a miracle worker. I live out of State and Mr. Sapp handled everything to my satisfaction. He definitely over achieved on all my expectations. I would not hesitate to have Florida Showcase Realty, Inc. handle all my property needs. William Fambrough (Kansas City, Missouri)
