Bill was awesome! I was returning home from Columbia SC, and I looked for almost 3 years. Bill stuck with me the whole time! He was always right on top of any of my request for viewing, and there were a lot. He always had my best interest at heart. He was fun to work with and very experienced. When we found ourselves selling our home, Bill Temple took the time to investigate all selling points, advise us on what we needed to change before placing it on the market, and accurately price our home! We had a contract within a week! The best part is that Bill got us more money than we had planned to put it on the market for prior to meeting with him! Bill Temple at TTW made our cross-country move so much easier. With Rome's fast-moving housing market, Bill is the reason we were able to buy a home and move in on our tight timeline. He patiently showed us home after home while also helping us narrow our search. Then, a few months after purchasing our home, our air conditioner went out on a holiday weekend. Everyone we knew was out of town and we were concerned about our pets in our boiling hot home. We called Bill, and he arranged for our air to be repaired the same day and even took the time to stop by to make sure the air was working and that our pets were okay at 11:00 pm! Bill is a great real estate agent, but he's also a kind and caring person! I would recommend he and his colleagues to anyone looking to buy or sell in Rome.
