I love my doctor, Dr. Robert Remler and his staff, especially Kris. I have always gotten excellent care and have come to depend on it. Been going to SouthCoast since its institution. No plans to go anywhere else.

Dr.Thong has been my doctor for over 15yrs.& he does a great job with helping me manage my sickle cell disease.He stays up on all the new treatments & he explains to me why I should or shouldn't try them. So now he's our family physician we love him

Dr Moriarty and his staff are the absolute best! Great service. No wait time. A provider that actually hears his patients! Smart with a wonderful personality and the best bed side manner imaginable! I trust both his diagnostic and personal opinions. I'm a customer for life!

My experience with each office is pleasant. I have the best smiles at my allergy doctor. I get a shot weekly and it cheers me up to go in the office to get a shot and the ladies are all so warm and sweet.

SouthCoast has served my family from the day they opened this facility. Dr Geffen and his staff Pat & Michelle are the best! I know they have my family's best interest at heart. I have never experienced an ego, incompetence, or lack of professionalism from this staff. They are friendly and assures us excellent care. I would not trust my family health with any other providers. Thank you Dr. Geffen, Pat, Michelle, Heather & my beautiful ladies at the checkout!!

Doctor Cortez was great guy. The support staff and billing department very incompetent.
Paid cash as I don't have insurance. Then a few weeks later get a bill for 199.00. Contact the billing department and she is clueless. Says there was a mistake and I should have been charged 165.00
I told them I have a receipt for payment for services of 75.00 . Oh yeah well then just send us the difference. I'm like what is this The Price is Right. Further discussion yields the truth. I was supposed to be charged 165.00 but the staff person made a mistake and only charged me $75 . I asked if I could speak to the office manager Ms N. Dunn. She's not available. I get her email and basically say. I understand if a person makes a mistake and if you would have called and let me know I would have paid the difference. But after you send me a bill for 199.00 for a 90.00 difference you need to get your billing departments act together. No response from Ms. Dunn just a bill collector trying to collect the 199.00. Now that's what I call customer service. Any of the board members reading this time to revamp your billing department.
