This isn't as easy to find as many hotels. Being set back, a bit off the highway, I expected a quieter night. But there were youth teams literally playing hockey through the hallways on most floors. The staff advised, this was happening on most floors, despite the efforts of the lone security monitor.
Other problems: My room key didn't work--even bell and maintenance staff at the door had difficulty getting that fixed, but they did. Also, most remarkably, when first I pulled back the duvet, I found a 3-inch diameter brown stain (laundry burn, or from some unknown cause?) underneath on the sheet, up near the pillows, right toward the center of the bed! So the linens had to be changed by the lone second-shift housekeeper--and this was after I'd been moved to a slightly quieter floor (with fewer hockey players).
How could any housekeeper--meaning the day-shift staff who'd cleaned that room--not notice the discoloration and change-out that burned or otherwise-stained sheet? It was obvious, not hidden at all once the duvet was pulled back. Then, it turned out, sounds carried blatantly anyway from the next room during the wee hours (while--probably--other sorts of games were being played in there).
My "request upon arrival" order was perfect, though--both the housekeeping and room service items. All staff I encountered did their bests to be helpful and upbeat. Extra points were offered at checkout for the troubles.response / report this review -

The room was great and very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the desk. They're weren't any power outlets available on top and it made it a hassle to work. Besides that, the stay was great.

The staff was very friendly the lobby and amenities were great. The room I stayed in was fairly dated and not maintained to what I would think a $185 a night room would be. The grab bar in the shower was broken the shower head itself was Rusty and the carpet did not look like it had been cleaned very well in a long time. But the beds were very comfortable and service once again was great from the staff.

Friendly staff. Room was as expected. In room Coffee maker did not work well when we chose the 2 cup option. Don't plan on taking a bath in the morning! Could not get hot water for bath. It started hot for about 15 seconds and then turned cold. The bottle of water in the room was offered for $5! Ha!

Fantastic place to stay - especially if you're traveling with your furry friend. The staff is great, always willing to help, and offer the best restaurant recommendations around town. Located directly next to 435 and really convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

We booked here last minute after a terrible experience at a different hotel. We were able to check in right away even though check in wasn't for another couple of hours. The room was bright and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom looked brand new. My only complaint is my room didn't have a remote for the TV but I called down to the front desk, they were extremely prompt to bringing me one. My family and I were in town for a funeral, and Doubletree made our stay a little bit easier and comfortable. Definitely would stay there again

Nice room, bed is pretty comfy, bathroom is clean. Pool, hot tub and sauna area was clean. Hot tub could've been a little hotter, but I always seem to like them hotter than most people I know. Close to corporate woods so obviously great location for business travelers.
I'm only staying here because my power went out at home but I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend.response / report this review -

The room was very large and greatly kept. Great view! Very friendly staff. Definitely warm in the rooms and hallways which was not our favorite. But not horrible by any stretch. The only negative I can definitely give is that the pool (indoor) was gross. It was a funny color and had straws, other plastic items, and foam from disintegrated pool toys floating in it.

Very nice hotel. Building is shaped as a tower, but there is no atrium and the rooms have a weird shape. They are nice though and I appreciated the nice desk and chair for productivity. The fitness center seemed small for a hotel of this size, but the pool area looked really nice. Very nice breakfast.

Great staff. The decor was dated, but still comfortable. Parking was tight. It was near capacity all the times we pulled in to park. The bed was too firm for me and the AC did not appear to control the temp. The bar was will stocked, but pricey. Good location, close to the interstate.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is in close proximity to our Corporate Woods office. The room was pretty clean and nice, and the bed was comfortable. I spent some time at the bar, which was busy and loud, yet still fun. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, as well. Check in and check out was easy and the front desk staff was professional and polite. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to business travelers in the area.

Our group rented a hall at the hotel for an event, and everything worked out extremely well.
Great buffet. Very friendly staff.
This place is really peaceful, clean, well-kept, and beautiful. The owners are wonderful and truly kind people.
I felt relaxed, comfortable, and happy during my stay. The property had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend to everyone..response / report this review
