Our waitress took way too long to bring drinks to the table. Then, it took over an hour to get our food done and the place wasn't even busy. Then, my sister found ends of strawberries in her taco salad. Overall was a bad experience. My family is never going there again. My dad's band also got fired from here because he was "too loud". What do you expect, it's a rock and roll band!

Never will I go here again. Used to have awesome food and service. Went for dinner tonight and the absolute worst service AND good. I'm pretty sure no one on the wait staff was over 17.. our food was horrible the buns where either so soggy with grease or super hard. Never got our check we had to go to the counter then it took 10 mins to finally get it. Just terrible, we used to love Doogans. Please fire everyone and get new people in there maybe you would get better ratings!!

Just look at the overall rating. Absolutely horrible. Got Hired and told to come in the next day to open and my trainer didn't even come in for another hour cause "she was tired". People smoke out back more than do their actual jobs. And if you like to enjoy clean food don't eat there. Needless to say I quit my second day because there were no mangers and the owner hired people but never made sure they were properly trained.

Doogans of Aurora is under new management and staff is fully trained. Our food is great and beers are cold with a new menu and great customer service. All new event, drink and food specials coming soon. The negative comments and reviews are mostly from previous employee's that were terminated for very good reasons. The new crew at doogans are currently working very hard to please our customers, expections and needs. You can stop in to see how things are going and awesome our food really is.

Terrific place for Family and Friends. I had the Shamrock sandwich and it was great. My wife had the Clover club and loved it as well. WE will definitely be making this a regular place for us and the kids!!! Extremely friendly staff!

I went with my wife and 2 kids here the other night. The Food was delicious and our service was extremely fast. The owner of the restaurant stopped by our table and gave our children stuffed animals and spoke with us about our evening. Our server was extremely polite. The owner had said the menu was new, Well they hit a home run with their irish smokey wrap. My wife and i each had one and it was delicious. Two thumbs up !!! We'll definitely be back!

Poor poor service! Do not waste your time! Restrooms are not kept up at all! Caked dirt, dust, and food debries on the tables. Waiter got order wrong, didn't introduce himself, couldn't get his attention, waited a half hour for bill.Told manager about experience in a courteous manner and didn't care, walked away from us! Said "Okay then, bye!" Went here every couple months regularly, disappointed, definitely won't be returning! Health Department needs to take a visit!

My coworkers and I frequented this place quite a bit at lunch. We've been passing it up for a while after we noticed that the new staff is significantly slower. I thought I'd give it another try for dinner last week. The waiter took 15 minutes to get my group our first beers that were ordered. He got some of them wrong and missed a few of them. When we put in our dinner order he came back to our table over half an hour later and said they "lost the orders" and we'd have to put in the order again. There were only a few people at the bar and three or four tables filled in the whole place. They had quite a few people working that night and at least two cooks in the kitchen. The bartender and waiter clearly didn't know what they were doing or didn't care. When our food finally came out, some of my friends finished eating their meals before I got my wings an HOUR after the initial food order was placed. We were all stunned at how poor the service was. It will be a while before I give it another chance. I gave it two stars because the food was decent.
