This place is amazing! Best costumers service ever !! All the other places I called they wanted me drop off my ring and come back another day (who has time for that)! But he was able to do it while I waited and 1 year warranty and polish!!!!!

Ben did excellent work repairing the setting on my ring, and returned it polished and sparkling like the day I received it. So happy to have found his store at Town & Country.

I needed to get an extra link taken off my watch (an additional one past the ones that could be removed) and when I tell you I called every jeweler in town and they all said it wasn’t possible I had lost all hope at that point. He was the only jeweler that told me yes and not only was he able to do so, he also fixed all the scratches that the previous jeweler left when “attempting” to do the job. I am so greatful I found them!!

I wanted to give a "'shout out" to Ben and his lovely family who own this boutique shop. They are always friendly and accommodating to whatever your request is. I won't leave my expensive watch for a battery change and Ben always take care of me immediately. Recently, I needed to duplicate a piece of jewelry for my 86 year old mother and Ben was able to do that for me with no picture and only a verbal description. He rocks~~~ Cheers! Cathy J.
