  The electricity in my kitchen went out last night and I called Paul this morning to come take a look. After describing the problem to him, he asked me to send him pictures of our circuit breaker and quickly acknowledged receipt via text. He assured me that he'd get someone out today to take a look and shared a pricing estimate with me upfront. He texted me this afternoon saying he had an opening and showed up 15 minutes later, right on time. He got straight to work diagnosing the issue with our electrical panel and promptly replaced one of the breakers and fixed a loose connection on another. Everything was completed and tested within an hour including a root cause diagnonsis (faulty LED light that caused the issue). As a bonus he was very personable and entertainined our two young kids. Overall it was a great experience at a very reasonable price. Responsive, professional, on-time and affordable -- all in all a great experience! I'll keep his number handy for any future work.

  Paul, Tony, and Alex retrofitted my Southie home with recessed lighting (15 new lights and 8 or so retrofits), installed switches to be able to control lighting sections from multiple locations, swapped out all the old ivory switch plates and outlets to new white faces all within a day and a half. Everyone was phenomenal to work with, highly communicative and friendly, very professional and efficient. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

  Told us it would take us 1 hour to install a new light in our bathroom and then charged us for 4 hours because apparently it took his electrician 2 hours to shop for a new light, and then he bought the wrong size so had to cut holes in the ceiling. Would definitely not use again, over $800 to install a light.

  Super quick turnaround, I sent a request Sunday evening, heard back Monday afternoon and they were here to replace the outlet Tuesday midday. Reasonable rates and they even taught me a few things so if I wanted to replace an outlet by myself in the future, I would know how. Even helped me get my cat back inside when he slipped out the door! Highly recommend!
