  the clinicians were friendly, sweet and professionally skilled. I was very satisfied with the service I got. mani/pedi/facial/massage were done very well.

  The service was nice and the place is very cute, but hot since there was no A/C. They have complimentary beverages which I loved. Juice, water, drinks.
  Anyway, I'm writing this because maybe my nail artist was very tired or unable to see clearly, but these were the worst acrylic nails I've gotten. Each nail is very uneven, thick, bumpy, and the color not even coated, nor did the powder go all the way to my cuticle. Obviously just a poor powder sanding job I think. Also I would've suggested a much more professional glue for the nail decor since the thickness can be seen on my nail. Anyway, nails were so poorly done I am removing them, 1 day after getting them done for $70 and ordered a do it at home kit instead! My toe nails were also poorly painted and cleaned but I will not get into that. Most expensive set I've done for the least amount of quality. I'm hoping this review finds my nail salonist well, and I do really hope she works more on her sanding technique since I've reviewed others on her Instagram and they also have many bumps in the nails.
  I attached photos of what the girl did, and then the last two photos by which I had another artist from another place do my nails.

  I can't say enough good things about going here. It was my first time and definitely not my last. Tiffanie was so welcoming & very kind. The place perfect to just zone out. Clean, respect, good color selection and it looks like she does some great designs. Can't wait to go back

  Tiffany (owner) is absolutely the best nail tech I have been to in all of Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco. I have been getting my nails done in this area since 2001 and I've never been this loyal or dedicated to a single salon or single person. If she gets famous and popular I'm totally screwed because once you go Tiffany, you can't go back. (I get gels and pedicures, but I've seen her amazing acrylics too.)
