Our family had the occasion for both of our parents to need the services of Brown's Cremation & Funeral Services in Grand Junction. We were able to handle everything by phone and email from out of town. Through some of the most difficult times in our lives, the kind people at Brown's were always available to us with answers, words of guidance and thoughtful sentiments. Their respect and caring of our parents exceeded expectations. Brown's is truly one of a kind. They will always have our gratitude and appreciation.
I highly recommend Brown’s Cremation and Funeral Service. My brother passed away and had no family close by to take care of his final arrangements. I had to handle everything by phone from across the country. From my initial contact with Brandon I was certain that my brother’s remains would be handled with dignity and care. Several weeks after my brother passed away Elizabeth reached out to me to make sure that my family and I knew that we were in their thoughts. Could not have asked for anymore compassion and professionalism. Thank you, Brandon and Brown’s!
I had never been in a situation where I needed the services of a funeral home until the sudden passing of my mother in April. From the moment Brown’s (Doug) showed up at my home to take my mother’s body away, I felt like I was in good hands. Throughout the entire process of her cremation, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of genuine compassion and concern from the entire staff. I am so happy I chose Brown’s to represent my family through a truly difficult period. I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a loved one and needs to navigate the burial process.
When my wife passed away Brown’s funeral service took care of her in the most compassionate way possible. They can provide any type of service with no pressure and they assisted myself and my daughter with the type of memorabilia we wanted . Even after a week or so their staff contacted us just see how we were doing and if there was anything they could do for us. I would highly recommend anyone who has lost a loved one to let Brown’s to take care of them because they will also take care of you .
It has taken a while for me to write this but it is worth doing. My Mother passed away New Year's Eve. I was advised, by hospice, to select a funeral home for when the time came. I used Google reviews to select Brown's and I want to add to their good reviews so that if anyone find's themselves in the same position as me they will know that Brown's is the right choice.
They were kind and considerate. They arrived promptly to take my Mother to their facility. Although she was cremated and no service was held at their establishment, when I arrived to retrieve her remains, they had beautiful music playing and her obituary was on every screen in the chapel and parlor. They offer a professional yet compassionate experience, no matter the circumstances.
Although I will always miss my mother, Brown's made the practical aspects of laying her to rest the best experience it could possibly be. I highly recommend them.
