I bought a 2013 Ford Escape with 89000 miles on it the transmission failed at 92000 miles the vehicle was sold to me with five open recalls which the dealership did not disclose to me before purchasing it. The vehicle shut down with no warning in the middle of the highway with my wife and kids in the car we were lucky to not be hit. They offered to take the car back for 7000$ which left me owing another 6500$ after I said no to this Jeff wood offered free labor to fix it but expects me to buy the transmission for 1500$ one of the recalls was to a wiring harness to the transmission if this had been revealed to me it may have prevented this problem i sincerely hope anyone else who shops here has a better experience

Chis was excellent. He was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. I visited him in several different times to choose a new Toyota. Every times, he greeted me with smile. He helped me choose the right Toyota vehicle by telling me his experience on different Toyota models. He even changed his work schedule to accommodate my needs. I was extremely satisfied with the way that Chris helped me purchase my new Camry.

I have bought two Toyota Camry's from Bob Crook. My wife decided she wanted to possibly buy a Corolla. We went to see Bob and he showed my wife Lynne several Corolla's.
One that she liked well he told her to drive it and she did. She fell in love with it. She discussed her concern's with me and I talked to Bob about them and he worked with her on what she needed. She did buy the car from Bob that day. Bob is an honest person and I trust him.

I worked with Bob Crook and I couldn't have had a better experience. After spending a good amount of time walking the lot in search of the my future vehicle (I'm guessing due to the dealership being extremely busy), Bob was the first to acknowledge me. He was more than happy to assist me with my purchase and just like Joe Verde says, "if the customer is happy and the dealership is happy, than it is a great sale." I was very happy with Bob and the deal I got at Don Wood in Athens, Ohio.
