Never again. Service dept hacked my truck interior up doing "defect recalls", then broke the bed cover bending the locking mechanism up to open the tailgate instead of asking for the key. Save your mind and your money, go somewhere else.

I bought a 2017 Ford Edge. The original price I was quoted was $1000 different than the price I was charged. I also noticed a few scratches on my car and the salesman didn't seem to care. I took my car into the don wood in Logan to have the paint and seats done, when I called no one called me back. I called three different times and finally the next day i called and finally got ahold of the salesperson and asked if the scratches were taken off, I was told he didn't even check. I feel that was very rude. I am very disappointed with my entire buying experience..

My wife and I had purchased 2 new vehicles in 2015, both experiences were fantastic. We purchased a used truck in 2016 for our business, it needed some work and we had Don Wood service department service the truck. Although there was a hiccup, Mike (at the service desk) cares about your business and took care of the issue in a very professional manner.

My wife and I both value the hard work and professionalism demonstrated by Don Wood in Logan. We will be back soon for our next vehicle purchase!

Worst Experience I've ever had at a dealership. These guys are as incompetent as it gets. Found a Ford Explorer I really liked on their website in Athens Ohio. We drove an hour to get there only to be told that their website was inaccurate. The SUV was actually in Logan Ohio, thirty minutes away from Athens. A sales rep even admitted that this happens all the time and suggested it was our fault for having trusted their website and said that we should have called first.. We had them call ahead to the other location to make sure it was still there. They said it was. Thirty minutes later, we arrived to find that the car in the pictures was not the car they were going to sell us. Instead of being a used car in excellent condition, we were shown an older model in poor condition with dents and a cracked body. It wasn't even the same year or color. We were told that the girl that takes the pictures uploaded the wrong one and that the one we saw online was sold long ago. We asked what they planned to do about the hassles they had put us through and they said there was nothing they could do. We were even willing to look at a different model but they made no attempt to work with us or apologize. They only took the time to show us a beat up expedition that didn't even have a working driver's window. This is the old bait and switch sales tactic. It's sleazy and fraudulent. The sales management obviously doesn't care about you. Avoid this place at all costs.Who is Don Wood? Someone I'm reporting to the BBB.
