I walked into DM Subaru West to pick up some brochures. This would be my 4th Subaru, but a new one this time. Joe Nelson came out from his office with a big smile and a warm greeting. Even though he had an appointment w/ other customers in a few minutes, he took those few minutes to give me the brochures, briefly reviewed the vehicles and made me feel welcome. A month later I purchased my new Forester and Joe patiently made sure to go over every aspect of the car, answering any questions I had, he even had me open the hood, pointing out parts and giving me tips. I highly recommend Joe Nelson, he really cares !

I called to price check as I have been shopping Outbacks around; Kyle was right on top of it and knew what I was after. He gave me their best price right off the bat without any haggling, which was over $1,000 less than any of the other dealers I spoke with. I was extremely busy with work at the time and he was very accommodating and even stayed after hours to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Thanks Kyle!

We came in on 12/4 already knowing what we wanted, as we walked in the door I had told the person that we were there to get a car. I told him we were not looking for a specific sales person turns out the guy who greeted us at he door was Joe Nelson.
Joe was so nice, understanding and made sure we understood everything about the vehicle, the paperwork process, and how everything operated in our brand new 2018 Subaru Forester. Joe was great & worked wonderfully with our two tired/crying babies.

Good service, pretty good waiting area with provided snacks. Seems like they always want you to replace engine and/or cabin air filter. After oil change you get a free cert for a local car wash. MERMAID, I THINK.

Just bought a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Charlie Miller. One of the best car buying experiences I've had. Don Miller Subaru is hands down one of the best dealers in the state. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable about the car I purchased and was extremely reasonable with pricing. He offered me with assistance after-hours and off the clock with questions I had regarding my purchase. If you're looking for a new car, go to Don Miller and ask for Charlie.

We have been Toyota folks for our last three vehicles. After watching how the Subaru Outbacks outperformed our highlander in slick snow this past winter, we decided to give Subaru a look.

Met Dave Z and went for a test drive. We purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback 10 days later. Dave was not pushy in the least, as the vehicle sold itself. Nice for a change. We are old school, but opted for the model with all the gadgets. Dave showed us around, tips on how to do just about everything. Very helpful. The purchase was actually enjoyable.

We have had the car for a couple months now and we are very satisfied. The car has pep, handles great, and is comfortable on long drives. We really like the safety systems, cameras fore and aft. Can't wait to drive in snow!

I went into Don Miller Subaru West having had a pretty awful car buying experience many years before at another dealership. I saw that Subaru West had great reviews on Google (4.8/5). So I decided to give them a chance. I don't think things could have gone any better. I was greeted by a nice salesman (Dan the Man), and things kept getting better from that moment on. He was very nice and went through all the options for the particular vehicle I was looking for. I had done some research online before entering, and when it was time to discuss price, they came in at just below what I was hoping to get the car at. There were no games. They just offered me a great deal and the buying process after that went just as Dan had described. Very happy I found these reviews online, and definitely want to give my 5-star review to others. I highly recommend Dan Young if you go there, but everyone I talked to and interacted with seemed super friendly. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

My wife and I cannot say enough about York Bleyer and our experience of buying a new Subaru from Don Miller - West. We immediately felt very comfortable with York and we felt he had our best interests at heart right from the beginning. We explained what we needed/wanted in our new car and York really worked with us to make our first car buying experience easy. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle packages, prepared and polite when we met with him, and he was always willing to answer additional questions we had after we purchased our car. I would highly recommend York and the Subaru team for friends and family!

We're generally apprehensive of car dealers but York made it a much more pleasant experience than expected. Beginning with our phone calls several weeks before our in-person meeting, York was always available and patient in answering questions and discussing details. When we finally met him in person to discuss options on our ending lease, he was again careful to help us understand all of the details without feeling pushy. Unfortunately, there are others at the dealer who we have gotten this impression from. In short, ask for York.

He was patient and helpful as we determined whether to go with a certified preowned or a new vehicle. We went with the new. It is our second outback. We couldn't be more pleased .
