Good store with great values. Could use better accommodations for handicapped customers. Aisles are very tight, no HC carts and limited HC parking.

Kohl's is normally a fairly clean and well stocked store but this store in Sun Prairie was a complete mess. Shelves were bare, hangers and clothing lying in piles around their stands, labels missing or completely misplaced leading to a lot of confusion regarding cost of the merchandise that was there. It kinda looked like the day after Black Friday must look, if you can imagine, only we were there on a simple weekday. I hope to find this store in much better shape when I return. I'd hate to have to look for a different place to shop that at least offers a half way organized and clean environment to shop in. Kohl's is usually some of the most retail therapy fun out there! I hope this store can pull their act together.

Just came in and had horrible service. Cashier was incredibly rude and didn’t even look at me through out the whole transaction. I work retail too, I know holidays suck but i was just trying to make conversation. Will never come to this location again

Straight up some of the hardest working associates I have ever seen. The place gets pretty beat up by its clientle, but they will go above and beyond to serve you. If you are doing returns, try to do them outside of the lunch hour and weekends; no one seems to have a receipt or anything necessary to process a return during those times.

Store is a pig sty. Messy and no organization. Prices are so high, they make it look like you're getting a deal when they just increase prices, then give big discounts. There are no quality clothes there.

The buyers get way too much product. Isles are jammed. If you're elderly or handicapped beware. Place is a pig stye with everything strewn about and all over the floor, racks too tight to get anything off of. And when every rack is on sale then nothing is on sale. I would give this store a zero if possible.

Probably the best place for clothing shopping around if you want to save money. You can get 15, 25, and 30% off coupons in the mail every so often, plus they often have great deals in store as is. Most things are "on sale" the vast majority of the time, but that's not to say that they're being sold for the usual retail price with just a "sale" tag on it either. Though they have done things that make it appear as though you're saving more than you are(according to a 2012 consumer investigation by CBS News), you can still get clothing on a budget easily.

First time at Kohl's. Huge sales going on. Plus opened a card account for 30% more savings. Incredible deals. Very happy. And I already have credits for next time. Lori M. made me feel like I had a personal shopper. Hooked on kohl's.

I really like this store better, they a variety of clothes and thier very different than the other kohls in marison. They have more discounts on clothes.

Need. To move customer service to the front of the store like the Madison West location. Would make it much easier for the handicapped and disabled people if they needed to deal with customer service.

It's a pretty decent Kohls. Always had good customer service. There definitely are nicer Kohls stores out there but I think this is the nicest one in Madison.

Dont shop here; the staff are Rude . The two employees I encountered were no less than 55 years old. They should have a good grasp of customer service. I was not acknowledged while standing near the register and when I greeted with a smile I was simply asked "Did I want something?" I promptly left and will never come here again.
