My wife went to The Diamond Center and picked out a ring before our engagement. I went there trying to be the good boyfriend and pick out what she liked. After getting denied for credit from them I did my best to hide money from her to pay installments on the ring. The day I made the final payment I was informed I needed to pick out a ring since I had only paid off the diamond. Needless to say I was crushed and furious all at the same time. I walked out drove straight to Kesslers and proceeded to start the whole process over again. I picked out a ring and diamond to my liking that were certainly as good if not better quality than the other. And with a cringe said how much? To my surprise the whole ring AND diamond were cheaper than just the DIAMOND at the other place! I then went back across town and demanded my money back from the Diamond Center. The next day I paid in full for a beautiful diamond AND ring that my wife absolutely loves. The service is great, the warranty is unmatched by any other and prices are fair! I just recently went back to buy my wife a mother’s necklace after the birth of our baby girl. I’ll be forever grateful to the staff at Kesslers Diamonds. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We went to Kesslers several months back to order a custom wedding band for my husband. The ring was botched not once, but twice. Both times we went in excited to see his ring and both times we were accused of not liking what we selected, versus them admitting they made a mistake. Luckily we had documents to prove both rings were in fact not what we ordered. After the second botched ring came in, we were nervous as we were only a few weeks out from our wedding, but we were assured they would do everything they could to get it in for the wedding. Fast forward to three days before the wedding and we still had not heard anything from them. I called to let them know we would be in the next day to pick up the ring. Since we hadn't heard otherwise, we assumed the ring would be ready. We then got to work with Jay, aka the sleaziest salesman you'll ever deal with. He told me the ring wouldn't be in for our wedding and he had no idea when it would actually be ready. We went into the store the next day to figure out what our options were. It was clear he didn't want our business. He continued to slam the management team at Kesslers, including the owner, and told us the ring we custom ordered was junk. We were quite upset and decided to leave, instead of giving them anymore money. He smiled and waved as we walked out. The good news in the story is that we went to Chalmers and had the most amazing experience. The owner came out to greet us and assure us they would do whatever it took to get us what we needed, as we were only two days away from our wedding with no band. We ended up actually saving $400 going through them, versus Kesslers. It's a shame when I've heard so many great things about Kesslers in the past. I think it's clear that they've grown to be so large they no longer care about true customer service.

I was helped in the most professional way possible. I never felt pressured & I feel everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I also feel like my salesperson was a great listener & helped me pick out the perfect ring for my taste & budget. I’d highly recommend Kesslers Diamonds to anyone looking for fine jewelry.

The customer service and warranty are the best reasons to pick Kesslers over the competition. First, no commissioned sales means that no matter what your budget is, you'll get the same friendly, expert customer service. I love that. I loved that I would see people dressed in everything from work jeans to suits in the store. I loved that everyone feels welcome in the store. I loved they remembered my name months after we made our wedding set purchase. The environment is open, relaxed, friendly and comfortable. The ring styles and prices are tremendous--and you won't find a better warranty. They've got a customer for life in me.

So my wife and I went to Kesslers to buy her a new necklace and to get me a platinum wedding band. Obviously they don't stock platinum rings, they would have to order it. We went through everything, figured out what style I wanted and what size, I was told that they had to contact the manufacturer to get me a price on the ring. So I asked when I should call about it and I was told "we will contact you within the week" after they got the price to get it all set up for me. But here we are 2 full months later and I've never heard anything from them, they told me they would email me and give me a call but nothing. The reason I chose Kesslers in the first place was how supposedly customer oriented they are and what great customer service they have, but apparently I'm the one person in the world who gets completely blown off by them. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received and as of now I will never recommend them to anybody I know.

Bought my fiance engagement ring here and they were so nice and accommodating. But returned to buy both our wedding bands. We were treated very rudely, passed back and forth from 2 different associates that gave us the run around. They tried to sell us something we did not want. I had to look up my fiances wedding band on my phone to show them it existed. They were not pleased that I had found it. Still seemed reluctant to order it but finally did. I am shocked to be treated so unprofessionally, especially after being a return customer. After this latest experience I will not return for anything. We will be purchasing my wedding band somewhere else.
So update on our experience, so went to pick up my fiance wedding band today, (8/29) after they told me that it would be ready. When my fiance and I showed up, they couldn't find it at first. But after they did, found out they sized it to the WRONG size, after I talked to them the week before and told them the size!! So we waited over a week to pick it up, then we drove all the way over to the west side from Sun Prairie just to find out they screwed up again!! Unbelievable! Not reinstalling anymore confidence in me!! Not very impressed or happy!!!!response / report this review -

Kesslers of Madison is simply awesome! The selection, the staff, everything about this place is wonderful. The staff is so helpful and almost as excited to assist as I was about my engagement. The only reason I did not give a 5 start was due to the fact that two girls were VERY insistent about a particular ring size - I was sizing down from a 7 and was deciding between a 5.5 or 5.25 - they never forced me into anything, but I sensed that I was being pushed to go smaller into a 5. It was winter and they insisted that my finger would get smallerit did not. Once my ring was sized down to a 5 my finger would swell and bleed when I would try to get it off. Once I was able to get it off (with floss!) my finger was damaged for three weeks, swollen, bruised, etcIt was obviously too small. Once I made the determination that a 5 was NEVER going to work, I decided to size back up to a 5.5. When I came in to do that, everyone in the store was very friendly and understanding - except for one of the girls that initially helped with the sizing. I realize I am the one to ultimately make the decision, but this was the first time I had to deal with ring sizing and I trusted that they would help make the best decisionand not make me feel bad once I had determined that was just too small. On happier notes, they will provide you with a beverage of your choice while shopping or waiting (wine, beer, soda, etc..) and ring cleaning is always free! I always stop in when I'm on the west side to get my ring steamed. Overall Kessler's is wonderful and I will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs!

I'm super disappointed. I received a lovely necklace and had the chain shortened at the Madison West store. I wore the necklace everyday and never took it off. I realized on Wednesday that the necklace was gone, and when I visited the store to explore my options, the only solution was buying another $300+ necklace. So much for the "amazing warranty". Apparently, you can lose diamonds, the chain and other parts, but there is no warranty for total loss. 😩

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Kesslers!! My fiancé loves his wedding band, and it was a quick and easy process. Even more so, though, we LOVE my custom ring! The Kesslers team worked with us to design a ring and bands that I cannot wait to have on my hand all the time!! It is absolutely perfect, and they took the time and attention to detail to make it that way for us. Nicole worked with us and kept us in the loop with clear communication throughout the design and creation of the rings, and she shared in our excitement and helped us through the process. We couldn't have asked for more! Thanks Kesslers!!!

The best service i have ever received at a jewelery store. Quick to greet and a great help in picking out jewelry. Beverage and snacks are offered no charge. It seems as though Meagan could read our minds. She was a great help in deciding my wedding band today. I doubt i will need to shop around in the future. Kesslers is the only choice.

Hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a jewelry store! Every time I stop in to have my wedding set cleaned, the staff is always so friendly offering up water and soda. It's such a pleasant experience. My husband and I agree that we are both so glad he picked Kesslers as the place to buy my ring! Thank you!!

Everyone I met with was extremely pleasant to work with. I came into have my earring backs replaced and they came out better than new! The price was great and very competitive to the other local stores. They even cleaned up my other jewelry while there. Very happy!

From the first time we walked in the doors, we have always felt welcomed. The staff greets us with warm smiles, answers all of our questions and made the shopping experience easy. What I love the most is the lifetime guarantee that our jewelry is protected. We don't have to take it in every 3-4 months to maintain it, such a peace of mind. All of our future jewelry will be from Kesslers!!!!!

I love this Kesslers and their employees! I come there often to get my wedding ring cleaned and they know my first AND last name right off the top of their head. Susan is one of the kindest and warmest employees, and has been there with me every step of the way from picking out my engagement ring -- to helping my husband buy it -- all the way through our wedding! She's wonderful and the entire store atmosphere is awesome! You can tell the employees love their jobs. A+++ in my book!
