Josh Chase is the guy to see if you need a new car. Very knowledgeable about the product, does presentation like I’ve never seen, and is very low pressure. I was stuck between two cars, he was not interested in pushing me one way or the other, he let me take my time and make my decision. When it comes to finance, Taylor is the best. What can be a very tense part of the transaction, was made easy, as if I was talking to family. They will be my first choice when I come back!

I'm from Tennessee, and a Honda owner. Talked my best friend into buying a Honda, and her first new car. Mason was her salesmen, and he was very friendly. I know this poor guy thought we were crazy. All in all this is a great place to buy a car. Ask for Mason, tell him Cynthia and Tina from Tennessee sent you!

Had a great experience at this Honda dealer thanks to my Service Advisor Zach Bloom. He went above and beyond what I expected. I went in asking for specific service that I thought I needed, but he actually told me one of the services was not needed at the current time. I really appreciate the honesty and because of that, they have earned a long term customer. He also gave me a tour of the whole facility. He never pressured me at any point into getting any additional services like most service people would do.
When I am in the market for my next car, I won't question where I go. I will be telling all my friends who own Hondas to take their cars here and to ask for Zach.response / report this review -

Have purchased two cars from them in the past 10 years. While they make you work for the deal, lots of negotiation, in the end I have always been satisfied that I got the best price on a new Honda. The service team is the best. They are quick and efficient, and they always give my car a wash before returning it to me. Their waiting area is nice and my kids love the free soda. They even have work stations with power outlets for those who want to plug in their laptops and phones.

Friendly staff and super friendly mechanics. Jeremy went over everything with me and was very professional. I love coming to Don Ayres for service because they are so friendly. The mechanics also admired my handbag!

The overall dealer ship is great. Bought my car and haven't had any major issues with it. Annual labor is all I've had to deal with. Tony, who is the one I call for my car to be serviced is great! He is always so nice and always so helpful. When I am ready for another car, this is the place I'll be going to!

I had a wonderful experience with Don Ayres Honda. I was helped by Cleveland Brock who was professional and courteous in this entire transaction. I traded in a used car towards a used Honda, and the transaction could not have gone smoother. I have since received several calls from Cleveland checking in to see how we have been enjoying the car. I would recommend Don Ayres Honda without hesitation to anyone looking for a new or used Honda!

So far, I've been to the service dept at Honda twice. The first time, I had made an appointment and Zak got me in on time and out in a speedy manner. The second time was unscheduled because I had a flat tire. Zak got me in again very quickly and took care of me very expeditiously. So thus far, I've been very happy with Honda and their service department. Also, very courteous.

My parents and I were thrilled with the service that we received at Don Ayres Honda. Mason Luce helped us from the time we set foot on the lot until we left with a car. He was accommodating and answered everything that we had questions on. I also appreciated him helping me understand all the "bells and whistles" to the car. There were a lot, especially for trading in an older vehicle. We appreciate all the help from point A to point B. Go see Mason if you are interested! Don Ayres Honda is a great place to buy/lease both new and used cars. I have purchased both in the last few years. They go the extra mile, especially with their used autos. You always know that their vehicles will meet their own high quality standards or they won't sell it to you. Their standards and integrity show both during and after the sale. Shane and the rest of the staff have always treated us extremely fair and with great respect.

From the moment we stepped out of our car and into our new car, we were number 1 and received the best customer service. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that we would like to see change is the time length for paperwork. Appointments do help but maybe get through it a little faster or split in half so half is done immediately leaving only last half later. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle (Honda) and excellent customer service to shop Don Ayres today, you won't be sorry! How could you pass up an oil change for less than $13?!

This dealership was extremely welcoming even with an 8 year old who has little interest in the car buying process. I would highly recommend Rick to any of my friends or family for their future vehicle purchases. Rick was flexible, and made us feel like our time was important. Jarod spent time with us going over all of the outstanding options Don Ayers has to offer. Rick made sure that we knew exactly how to work all of our options in our Pilot and even set up our garage door opener. Thanks so much to Rick and the entire Don Ayers team!

Excellent experience buying another vehicle (our 3rd) from Don Ayres! Wonderful Sales support with no pushiness. Service support has always been great and purchased vehicle includes inexpensive Oil Changes! My confidence in our 2002 Honda Odyssey w/ 254K miles is such that we traded our 2005 Buick w/ only 129K miles instead of the Odyssey! Go Team "Don Ayres Honda"!

From the moment I walked in the door, the customer service was outstanding. Nathan, my sales agent went above and beyond working with me to get me the car that I wanted. He was professional, truly listened to my needs, and made the entire process as streamlined and enjoyable as possible. The lot featured multiple cars that I was interested in which was a huge plus. Ultimately, I ended up with a Honda Fit that I know I'll love for a long time. Thanks Nathan!
