Had a full service done on our vehicle and it came back with the intake boot from the motor and to the box all loose letting dust and dirt go straight to the motor.. I will do my own full service from here on

I Will never buy another car from here. Bought a new car and it has tires with a 65,000 mile tread warranty and the car only has 35,000 and the tire shop is telling me the tires are shot. Took it up to rayskill Ford in Martinsville the guy (Keith) comes out looks at the tires takes pictures for the tires and the mileage on the car says it will be a couple of days and he will get back with us. Several days had pasted and we heard nothing had to call them back. He then goes on to tell us they will only give us 30% off a new set of tires. Oh and pay them to balance and mount them. ( so pay them 864 for new tires and then pay them to mount and balance them) My question is why I'm I having to buy tires for this car? these tires should last longer than 35,000 miles I should be able to drive for two more years and not have to buy tires. So if you buy a car from Rayskillman Ford in Martinsville expect to be buying tires when you only have half the tire warranty used. This will be my last time! This place is a joke!

Credit department could use some training and some personality. Not every applicant has an 850 credit score. After dropping off a friend to buy a vehicle and being told he was approved I get a call 30 minutes later saying oh wait he needs someone to cosign! Like I asked you before I left is he good? Your response yes he is good to go shook your hand and left . Why lie ? I would not buy anything from you!!!! You lie now u will lie later typical car dealership. I will say AJ was very polite and professional!!! Thanks AJ!!

Amazing service!!
Battery died on 2016 Ford Escape was unable to locate battery, called MHF and requested to speak with a service member. Keith answered and I informed him of what was happening, he was kind enough to give me his personal number and face timed me and walked me through the whole process. This is above and beyond customer service and I am greatly appreciative of Keith and his patience. Thank you!

The post by Pete H is complete lies. He must work for another dealership that is trying to steal customers because they suck. I worked with Chris and Bob for over a week trying to find the right car for me. No one ever tried to push a vehicle on me and they definitely are not going to just add random charges into your paper work. I would highly recommend going to Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford.

Sketchy sales team. From math "mistakes", to blatant lies. This was one of the worst car buying experiences I've had, and pretty much sums up why people hate dealerships.
The sales guy was not the worst ever, but did all of the usual car salesman stuff. Pushing to negotiate based on payment, not being up front with the cost of the car, etc.
Chris, the finance guy, was one of the pushiest people I've ever met, and a gold chain necklace short of a stereotype. One of the first things he told us before he tried to ram a bunch of garbage extended warranties down our throat was that "foreign" car warranties don't transfer to new owners (blatant lie). Then he tried to slip a worthless $250 anti-theft warranty onto the paperwork at the last minute without our permission. When questioned about this, he said we already agreed to it (another blatant lie), and was extremely resistant and rude when asked to remove it.
My advice is to go pretty much anywhere else but here. I can't imagine what their service department is like.

I couldn't ask for a more friendly and professional experience. I've brought my vehicle to Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford since I've owned it. Awesome group of people. I'll never take it anywhere else. Great people, great service and a great Dealership.
