  The owner is EXTREMELY rude!!! This place is very pricey. I will never go there again and I strongly suggest you do the same. The African American guy was nice; however, the owner with his very bad attitude spoiled everything. Awful customer service!! You would be better off driving on your rim.

  These guys messed up my new tire after screw removal and I ended up losing the tire on route 495, almost had an accident and towed car to NTB. NTB told me that they increased the hole diameter to 1" without any reason!
  
  Later I visited the store to discussed the issue and they forced me to leave store no customer service at all!
  
  find a reliable company for your car service , you cannot trust these guys to fix a small issue on your car !

  Get your tires here!!! Words don't describe right now how thankful and appreciative I am. My tires were shot!!! I held off longer than I should have on replacing my tires. But I couldn't put off any longer.
  A good friend of mine recommended I come to Tire Zone in Chantilly as she always had a great experience with them. I showed up, they had what I need, I got a killer deal (won't go into specifics, but when I say killer deal.I mean woah!!!!). In and out under 10 mins!!!
  Shout out to Moe and the other gentleman (sorry I didn't get your name)who assisted me today. Thank you soooooooooo much. I will most definitely be returning for my future tire needs!

  Got a flat tire on Father's Day and needed a quick repair. I was able to get my car to their shop just before they closed, and they still did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for better help.

  They were affordable and friendly. I called about my size tires and they had two pair, which was hard to come by at other shops. They had me out of there fast, but not too fast that I felt like they skipped any steps. I would definitely return.
