The people at the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned some things from them that I never knew things that other shops have lied to me about over the years! I will use them for all my Cb work from now until the day I die. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. Their work is quick and efficient and they weren't pushy and trying to sell me anything that I didn't need. They answered all my questions patiently and only did the work that I requested. When I told them the problems I was having with my radio they explained to me why I was having the issue which was because I had my antenna mounted improperly on my Volvo mirror bracket which wasn't properly grounding my radio antenna. They showed me exactly what I needed to correct the issue and they installed the parts! Thank you Jay, Melvin and all the wonderful staff at Dodge City Cb shop!

I found them on 6/19/21 and this store has an incredible amount of products and accessories that I’ve never seen anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with advice on products, which I bought and technically savvy when they had to work on my radio. He even came outside, in the rain, and tuned my antenna. FULL service

This establishment is great for your CB needs and the staff is knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. However the prices are a little high compared to other places and they don't do installs which is why they didn't receive a 5 star from me

$40 for a basic peak and antenna tune. Even able to trade an old radio for a new microphone. Got my little 29 out about 12 miles. Not a big radio but for $40, I'm not complaining

I've been to a lot of cb shops. These guys definitely know what they're doing. No "snip and clip", they take their time, do the job right and if you have any issues they help you resolve them as quickly and completely as possible. They're also reasonably well priced.

Great is all I can say, fixed my radio while I was there very reasonable rate and looked at another radio for free. If that's no enough there was another customer that had his radio looked at and they did a minor repair and checked it out for free. You hear about all the horror stories from bad shops, this is not one of them 👍

I DROPPED $200 FOR A USED SUPER STAR 3900 AND ANOTHER $60 FOR A WILSON 500. HAD ISSUES WITH THE RADIO..SWR METER DID NOT WORK. RADIO HAD NO MODULATION. HOWEVER, THE STAFF BENT OVER BACKWARDS BY FIRST ATTEMPTING TO REPAIR THE RADIO THEN SWAP IT FOR ANOTHER ONE.
UNFORTUNATELY, I HAD TO MAKE A FEW 230 MILE ROUND TRIPS TO THE SHOP BEFORE THEY GOT IT RIGHT.BUT THEN IM SUPER PICKY

This place is above and beyond. I bought a radio from another local shop about 45 miles away. Supposedly knew what he was doing but botched my radio. Found out about Dodge City CB show and took my radio to them. In less than 30 minutes they had my radio fixed and talking GREAT! Thanks guys!
