We had Johnny's come out to unclog our drain in the cellar. Friendly, fast, and affordable. We ended up calling them out to replace our water heater after a long battle with our home warranty. Again - friendly, fast, and most affordable! We received numerous quotes and they were by far the best. They provided us with a brand new 40gal tank and installed it in no-time. They also set up the tank back from where it was, providing much more space in our small cellar. Left it more organized and cleaner than when they started. Will recommend to anyone!

They came to our house in white tennis shoes and khakis full aware that we had a leak and standing water in our yard. They did not want to get their precious shoes dirty and so didn't even get close to where the pipe was leaking. Then they refused to walk out to take a look at our wellhouse. They weren't here longer than 15 minutes, and couldn't tell us anything. It took them over a week to "get with the boss" and give us an estimate, (the whole time we were without water) THEN sent us a bill requesting $150 for -get this- LABOR!! If we had known they weren't going to do ANYTHING but look at our yard and charge us 150 dollars, we would have sent them a picture! Never using this "company" again. Extremely disappointed.

Been with them since 2012 or 2013 and they call before they come. Also they do their job and clean up after themselves. If you ever need a great plumber service Johnny's Plumbing is who you need to call.

Disappointed that they charged $100 to tell us to hire an electrician to fix our unit. Took 10 minutes to tell us.

Most upset that they did not wear a mask in our house during a pandemic since we do have more susceptible people in our home. I recommend shopping around for a plumber before inviting them into your home.

They replaced two outdoor hose spigots. The spigots are brass and plastic and sell at Lowe's for about $48.00 each. One of the spigots had been capped off under the house and it was reconnected. They replaced the insides of a Delta kitchen faucet to fix a minor drip. The charge for the work was $372.00 (includes parts plus $225 labor). If you want to recycle your own metals, inform them first; they assumed I wanted them to take the discarded metals. If they will be replacing parts, have a look at the parts prior to installation; they didn't show them to me prior to connecting them.

I do NOT recommend Johnny's Plumbing at all. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment and the lady told me they'd come today but that morning was taken and they would come in the afternoon. I was totally fine with that until I'm out of the house at 10 am today and get a call that they're heading to my house. After learning that nobody was home, they couldn't promise they'd come back today. Wow, someone in the scheduling department messed up!
Well, they did show up, called at 2:10 that they were on the way, got here 2:27, were in and out of the house the whole time looking in their van for parts and left 3:21 and I got slapped with 1 1/2 hour labor bill! If you're unaware just like I was, you get charged from the minute they call you, no matter how far you are!

Johnny's plumbed our house built in 1989. Architect ill-advised us to go with a water source heat pump with injection well. One utility dependent upon two (water & power). That has been a headache since day one. While away for a week, we returned to no water, no heat. Johnny's was out hear daily with electricians, calling specialists, etc., etc. Not once did that company abandon us, spanning two weeks. Once they had three men out here. And they solved it. They also have serviced our rental house. Corrected a horribly installed dishwasher. Then corrected a well pump issue. Could have installed an entire pump but it was only a short in the wire. They're the best. Go with Johnny's!

Johnny's Plumbing Repair Service takes it to the next level. They handled my water heater situation with real heart and expertise. After weeks of frustration wrestling with American Home Shield (who is a company to run fast and far from!), they stepped up and solved things in less than 24 hours. I've used them ages ago and had the same level of service then: stellar. They're staying at the top of my list.

I have called them twice and have had excellent service and results with them. Today they saved me over $300 dollars. I had a stoppage in my hall lav and had two other plumbing companies take a look. One worked on it for an hour with no results the other about 10 minutes and then said I would have to repipe the drain line costing about $350. When the guys from Johnnys came out I told them what was previous told to me and the young man said let me try a couple of things first. He and his partner cleared the line in less than 10 minutes. I will only use Johnnys in the future.

I was having trouble with my water heater. So I gave these folks a call to help. This isn't the first time I have called someone for help. I needed someone immediately and the folks I normally called had long waiting line. Usually the person tells you the charges on the phone or when they diagnose your problem. But nothing like that happen. I had two gentlemen come in and take a look at my water heater. It seemed like they didn't even know how to read since I gave them the manual and he refused to read it. This is what one of the gentlemen told me, "This could be the ignitor or it could be the gas valve or it could something else. We are not sure. Sorry we couldn't help you." And then they left without saying anything about any labor charges. And why there would be any labor charges? They didn't barely looked at it. After week I get a bill in the mail with $90 dollars due; 80$ labor charges(for what?), and 10$ gas charges(seriously?). I ended up buying 150$ ignitor which didn't fix it. In the end it was 1.50$ tube that needed to be replaced that I got from lowes. Again, the manual said that tube might have blockage and I wasn't comfortable enough to do it myself. I get payed 7.25 dollars an hour and I have 5 mouth to feed. I had to give them my one week worth of salary. It was a terrible mistake calling them.
