My daughter and I used this laundromat this week. We started a front loader waking machine. I watched the water fill up and added my bleach. I walked away and my daughter said the machine popped open and water poured out. To my knowledge, this is dangerous and I have never known a public front loader washing machine to be able to open. The lady working argued with me that there machines do not open on there on. We definitely didn't touch the machine. Tired of arguing, I asked what could I do to just wash the load? She told me to put $5 more dollars in the machine (#11). I felt like I shouldn't have to do that, it is faulty equipment. After a couple of minutes, she called her manager who then informed me that they wound give me my money back "this one time". I do not think it is very safe that a huge front loader can open on its own or by a human.
Last wash is at 8p. We arrived at 7:45p. By 9p the lights were being turned off. We felt very rushed and very uncomfortable.
There system was down & we witnessed her being very rude to people trying to get there dry cleaning out. The way she talked to people was so shocking. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. We do not normally use this business and I definitely will not be returning.

The guy on night shift is extremely rude. I advise you don't go while he's in. I had to go right before closing, as a courtesy I call and ask whether or not i would be able to get in and dry clothes, the lady kindly reminds me of their hours but says I'm free to come. I'm stopped abruptly in the door way and told I'm not allowed to wash, which is fine. I needed to dry. ,im and he says no drying either. To which I tell him, I've already called to get approval. He reluctantly let's me in and has a blatant conversation about not wanting me there. I asked if I needed to take my money elsewhere and was reassured I didn't but I will be reaching out to a manager and depending on how that goes I may never come back.

Everything states they close at 9pm (including their sign on their door) yet at 8:10, their doors are locked. People are inside literally doing nothing. I can tell these people are workers there because they are either behind the service counter or cleaning the floor. THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 9 LIKE THEY ADVERTISE.

On July 24th I washed my clothes and dried them. The dryer that I used did not dry my clothes all the way. I questioned the manger about refunding me my money. I tried to dry my clothes for 35 minutes and she puts one dollar in and it only gave me 28 minutes. I tried to explain to her that I put more money in and her response was "we are not drying your clothes for free". Bad Customer service. She said it with an attitude. This is my second time dealing with bad customer here. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY

I don't understand the good reviews. My experiences here have been awful. I brought in a shirt that had the hem coming undone. All I wanted was it fixed. When I picked it up, there had been a hole poked through it and it was a horrible sewing job. I could've done it better myself and I don't even sew. On a separate occasion, I brought in rugs to be cleaned and it was a shoddy job as well. It seemed like they just sprayed some deodorizer on them because they did not look much better then when I dropped them off. Not to mention that I was charged $60 for it. I will never be back and I wish I would have learned my lesson the first time.
