I had a decent experience at this urgent care and planned to write a 5 star review, but it’s troubling to walk past an urgent care where an employee is sitting at a table directly outside smoking a cigarette. I find it hard to believe that people who are sick or have some sort of respiratory issue would feel comfortable going to any medical office where this happens regularly.

This has to be the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I was greeted with smiles and great customer service. And I do mean GREAT. The flavored water station was definitely a plus. The office was super clean and super cute too. The doctor!!!! Dr. Jeune was soooooo sweet. Very caring and actually listened to my concerns. Definitely will be returning here if I have to seek medical care.

I highly recommend this place, I booked a same day appointment on the dock app, I was seen immediately upon my arrival, the Medical Assistant and the Provider were incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. They followed up with me the next few days to make sure I was feeling better. I am so thankful they opened this practice on our community.

Great service and cool place. I was treated well and with respect. The staff was awesome! They were also able to provide me with my lab results immediately, instead of the usual 2-3 day wait time. That was amazing.
