  myDoc always has so many appointments available, so I don't have to wait long to receive help. The pricing is also pretty inexpensive with insurance. It's always a timely appointment, and I always receive the help and medication I need. Thank you my myDoc!

  I was serviced by Amber A, the rad tech and she was AWESOME! Super friendly, very outgoing, and made sure that I was super comfortable with my visit. I’ve been to a lot of urgent cares, but I think I’ve found the best one with great staffing. Amber is awesome, I appreciate her so much! Thank you so much Amber for being so great to me.

  Rude front desk staff. The man made me walk back and forth instead of consolidating tasks knowing I’m there cause I’m sick. He threw papers on the floor. When the provider was finally coming to my room I heard him stop her so she can see another patient that came AFTER me first. Just RUDE. I was also misdiagnosed. If you want a false positive Covid test this is the place to go. They don’t care about actually listening to the patients. I told them I had strep and the nurse told me my throat looked “fine” mind you I was spitting up blood the night before and the next day I had white patches all over my throat. I did not get the treatment I needed and was forced to suffer and be in pain for more time than I needed. I got a second opinion after leaving MyDoc Urgent Care and tested negative for Covid and positive for strep. MyDoc Urgent care obviously doesn’t care about their patients or listen to them. They lied and said I have Covid so I would leave. I will NEVER go back.

  I actually just got processed and prior to my visit I called because I am from California and wanted to check if they would accept my Insurance and they were very kind and explained everything about how it would work with me being from out-of-state. As of right now my visit has been very very pleasant and reassuring. I'll let you know how the rest of my visit goes after I am seen by the Doctor.
  Just saw PA Ryan and he had great bedside manor and really tried to figure out the best course of action for my leg injury from sports. He ordered me a shot, and prescribed medication to take with me.
  So overall this has been a great experience for an Urgent Care facility and I would definitely recommend it 😊 👌

  Absolutely fantastic experience at the 37th and Chestnut myDoc. I have a very high standard for medical professionals and every staff member exceeded it. From the people at check-in, to nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors, all my interactions were so positive and kind. I noticed too that they were like this with every other person that was seeking care at the time, and even when fielding phone calls!
  
  The care was thorough, timely, and precise. If you’re not feeling too great, don’t hesitate to make the trip!
