I love, love, love this store. We go almost weekly to find whatever new merchandise has been brought in for the week.
The Character Warehouse is essentially a Disney Theme Parks Outlet store. They sell almost exclusively items from the Theme Parks that have gone on clearance. The only other place to get this stuff without theme park admission is Disney Spings and other Character warehouses.
Of course, as with other clearance outlets, you aren't guaranteed to find a particular thing or particular size, but we tend to find great presents for people at great prices every time we go.
Another great thing about the character warehouse is that you are able to return regular merchandise that you picked up in the parks to this location if you find it doesn't do what you wanted. Returned items stay in the store with yellow highlighter marks over the price to show other shoppers that it is not a clearance item. I love this store.

Came during the holiday rush so it was a bit hectic. Wide variety of merchandise, staff was polite. My only complaint (and this has nothing to do with the employees), but the mingled check-out line needs a serious redo, perhaps a rope line or railing. There were some very rude customers that kept jumping in front of the line because of the open space between the start of the check out line and the two cash registers.
