My parents and I toured Discovery Village at Melbourne last week. It is a lovely place, and both the staff and residents were very friendly. There was a happy hour party with live music happening at the time and people looked like they were really enjoying it! Senior Lifestyle Counselor Christine Normando did a great job giving us the tour and explaining all the services they offer.

Wow! We met with a woman named Christine. She took her time and spoke with us about independent living. Although there seems to be an abundance of rules for this place, she took her time to explain. We have spent the last several weeks touring assisted living communities in Florida for our elderly mother,. This has been a very difficult journey for our family and we still haven’t made our final decision on what to do but of all of the communities we visited discovery village has stood out as one of our top picks. The building & grounds are beautiful and appear to be well maintained. We want to Thank Christine Normando especially, for being so kind and patient with us during our tour. She was so understanding of moms needs and knowledgeable about the process, she truly made us feel more comfortable about making this decision.

Discovery Village is a very nice place for our loved ones. I placed my Aunt with them and could not have been happier with her accomodations and care. Sandy Richardson and Marylin Belter were fantastic to works with as was the medical director Kim. I highly recommend Discover Village.

We are a commercial fire inspections and services company serving this property. The attention to detail and resident safety is a priority for these folks. Chris Jay is definitely on top of things. Great people and caring people!
