Music and atmosphere were great. I went with a party of five and the food was below average. This place is a good chef from being fantasticor maybe just eliminate food altogether and be a great little jazz bar.

Great vibe to this place with excellent music. It is a bit of a lounge throwback with blues and jazz mostly played. Excellent cocktails and very knowledgeable bar keeps. Anastasia was behind the bar and made some excellent drinks. Be sure to try a French Kiss.

Awesome band and great atmosphere. I had the Lobster Pasta and my wife had the Salmon, both were very good. The reason I'm giving this three stars and I even debated about giving it two, is what appeared to be the "selective" gratuity charge. My wife and I were told "because of the event 20% was automatically included in our bill". However I noticed this wasn't the case for everyone getting their bill. So I'm not sure what the deal is but it's very unprofessional and takes away from what would otherwise be a great experience.
I'm not sure if we would ever go back and if we did we would probably just pay the cover charge and drink water. That way we are still supporting the band.response / report this review
