First time going to discount tire and I'm so glad I did. To start with the basics, cleanest car related shop I've been to. Feels very professional and the workers all seem top notch. I had called them a week prior to going in and talked to someone on the phone about what type of tires I had in mind and he went over pros and cons with out trying to make a sale. Instead he was steering (tire pun) me in the right direction. I was looking for a set of all season tires, something well balanced (tire pun) between sporty yet capable of being decent in all weather just in case I need to drive my car in the winter (second vehicle sports car). I picked out my tire after about 30 minutes on the phone and he special ordered it for me. Went in today dropped it off and an hour later get a phone call it was ready. Picked up the car and am so excited with how quickly and professionally they got it done. Unlike most shops my car looked exactly the same way it did when I left it. No dirty floor mats, no oil on my steering wheel, no joy rides. It always grinds my gears when your own vehicle is treated like a company car and trust me these guys treat it like royalty.

Stopped in unexpected while traveling in a Sprinter-based rv to have tires balanced. Friendly, prompt and done correctly. Consistent service across the country, which is why I purchased my tires from Discount Tire.

Needed a set of new tires, wanted to go from stock street tires to a set of mud tires. They walked me through which would fit, which would be the best for my budget, and were able to walk through everything with me. Showed up for my appointment and the staff there was phenomenal. Felt like they really appreciated my business and treated me like I was one of their own. Will absolutely be coming back for any other future purchases.

Nothing but the best service I'm from out of state and had tire problems going around seeing who has the best deal everyone tried making money from me and my family knowing we are out of state. Then I finally found discount tire and they saved the day and the trip so now as I go back to New York I know my family is safe and we didn't have to break the bank when you go make sure to ask for a gentlemen named john

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always seem to get my vehicle in and done quickly. Great pricing on tires as well, all my vehicles have tires from here!

Visited Discount Tire for the first time the other day, in this neck of the woods Tireman is probably the most highly used shop but I decided to switch it up. I'm glad I did! Very nice staff, they were the cheapest around and they had 4 tires mounted and balanced in only 40 minutes! At Tireman that has taken hours. Highly impressed and will certainly be repeat customer.

Super nice gentlemen that knew what they were doing, took time to explain some stuff, and I never felt like I was getting ripped off. They have the character front of a salesman, but very honest. Plus you can stop in whenever and get free air in your tires.
