My overall experience with Shift Rite was great. The part was affordable, came in great condition, and we received it punctually. Tom also went out of his way to help us out and call Fed Ex while we were waiting for them to pick up the part. We will definitely use them again.

This place is AMAZING I will always come here for parts and work. I ordered a overdrive housing Thursday around 11 am and it was on my door step Friday before 2pm. Not only that but for buying a pre owned part it was in really good condition and seems almost as if they painted it too? I don't know but thanks shift rite transmissions!!

Tom and the staff really took care of me. I'm no expert in transmissions but I was felt comfortable with this company. My Ford Explorer has a transmission that is better than its original one, the price was affordable, shipping was easy and the customer service GREAT. Thanks y'all.

I ordered a transmission online from these folks and it was a very good experience. The nice thing about them is you can always get a hold of them. If I called and left a voicemail, they called me back within 20 min. They also prefer to talk to the customer rather than go back and forth through email which I saw as a huge plus. Transmission worked perfectly and included all the gaskets to hook up the cooler lines for my particular transmission. Overall these guys are awesome to work with, I've made a few big purchases online such as engines but these guys were hands down the most communicative of the bunch. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. Just remember if your thinking about ordering online that it's an actual business that your dealing with and they stay in business by making customers happy.

Don't believe a word that is said to you from Tom, he is such a liar and must be one of the most arragant people I've ever met, see as he tells customers numerous things which later come to find out are all lies, and once you remind him of what he has said says "well I didn't say that or sorry if it were taken that way" Bret "owner" is a good guy has a lot going on and can't be in 20 places at one time overall my experiences here have been misleading and very unprofessional!!! They need receptionist who is more of a people person who actually knows what the shop is doing and that everything comes out his or her mouth isn't a lie

They took me right in and told me upfront the price and there wasn't any hidden fees. The job was done in less than 24 hours. Tom and Pat were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were considerate of my needs. Thankful Shift Right
