I was a tire tech / sales / manager for 8 years. I am always worried when someone touches my wheels since I dont have access to the old coats machines. The guys here did a great job on my 350z. No wheel scratches from mounting and they installed and balanced them correctly. They were also very very VERY quick. I used to work with 1 guy in the shop for a whole day, these guys push cars out really quick without compromising quality. Thanks gents!

I took my granddaughter’s car in to see if a damaged tire was repairable. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Fast, polite and the tire was repaired for no charge! They adjusted tire pressure and washed all four tires.

Quality service and friendly staff. I had a nail in my tire this morning and immediately drove to the shop but they weren't open yet. The manager saw me waiting outside and opened up the store a few minutes early so he could get me on my way. My car was promptly moved into the shop and my tire was patched and back on the car within 15 minutes. The best part? It was FREE! Shocked when I got the "no charge" receipt. Nothing but great things to say about this place. This will be the only tire shop I use for now on.

I went here just to get my tires rotated and balanced. I called ahead and they said it would be an hour wait. they had my truck in and out in less than 30 minutes!my truck rides smooth on the highway again! thanks for doing a great job guys!

Went in to see about getting my tire fixed/replaced after I found a nail in it. They told me it could be repaired and then didn't even charge me anything. Wow! When does that ever happen in the world anymore? Both John and Ryan were friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be back when I need to replace the tires.

Friend of mine told me that Discount Tire offers free flat repair and I was skeptical. I bought a new used car and it had 2 holes in one of the tires. I fixed one (nail was obvious) but couldn't find the other because it was a super slow leak. So, I took it to Discount Tire. They checked my repair and said it was good. Then had to dunk water bath in order to locate the slow leak. They unmounted the tire (which means re-balancing is now needed) and patched the hole. Then before mounting the tire, new valve was installed and my tire pressure monitor was transferred over. John has taken his time to explain every step of the way. Very courteous and polite. I was shocked when I got a ZERO DUE bill. They really do fix flats for free and really do take care of their customers. I know who will be installing my new set of tires.

Very kind and helpful staff. I've visited this location in the past and usually they come out before you've even reached the door to greet you, so it was worth driving a little farther. I discovered a screw on my tire last night and this morning called them about repairs. They said I could do a walk in and wait several hours or make an appointment at 2:30. I opted to go early and got there around 11:50. They ended up taking in my car sooner at 1:45 and finished at 2:30.
While I was hoping the screw would stay in the tire by the time I reached them so they could do an easy fix, it fell out on the drive and luckily I was in their parking lot when the tire deflated. I was there a total of 2.5 hours, but the wait was only because it was busy and in the end, I didn't have to pay anything. So I think the wait was well worth it. I'll definitely return to this location for any future repairs and checks.response / report this review -

Great customer service. Stated the time frame work would be completed and was. Billy Toledo was professional and pleasant to work with. After work was completed the technician even dressed my tires - thank you.

I have bought all my tires at Discount Tire because I travel Nationwide and they have a very good support system. I had a flat the other day and they fixed it for free. These guys are awesome !

Made an appointment five days ahead of time and they were ready for me when I arrived. Usually despite an appointment, it still takes half an hour for my car to be taking into the bay at other places. Not here. In and out in under an hour with four brand new tires and with completely professional service. It was almost too easy. Highly recommend them to anyone needing tires and good service. Thanks to Sam who helped me out.
