Appreciate the staff and manager, Bill for working to take care of my high mileage car well. They explained extra work needed and worked with on pricing to make the $ possible. Highly recommend making an appointment before showing up to reduce wait. They are very busy.

Outstanding customer service! I worked with Andy during my visit, he was attentive and confident, which reassured me that they are well trained salesmen. I was presented with various options for 4 tires and genuinely did not feel pressured to buy a particular package. I was in and out promptly which was important since I arrived 2 hours before I needed to be in the office. I will be recommending this location to my friends and family.

I appreciate the care of my wheels and car changing out a tire. Tech person wore gloves, tire jack handle covered in foam padding. Total protection, care, and ZERO scratches.

Very professional and courteous staff. Mike is a good guy. --I will definitely recommend Discount Tire to family and friends.

This is going to be a fun review to write!!! I am 29 years old, I have a 2004.5 GLI Jetta and a 1996 Toyota Celica GT4. Both cars are stored and not driven daily or even weekly. I believe the first time I went to DISCOUNT TIRE IN MT PROSPECT WAS, when I was 18, 11 years ago. There are a great company, always have knowledgeable, well trained staff who genuinely want to help you find the best tire for your car, your wallet, your needs and your desire. The manager WILLIAM, who has only been at this location for a few years, is a really great guy. Super friendly, real, not aggressive or pushy at all!!! He never rushes you and has perfect customer service. He is how store managers in retail need to be. It seems to have gotten even better since I first started going years ago, I did not think that was possible. I highly, highly recommend DISCOUNT TIRE IN MT PROSPECT!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went to this location to have a flat tire looked at. The staff was very courteous and professional. They repaired a puncture to the tire (which by the way I had not purchased from them) free of charge! And they finished 10 minutes earlier than they estimated. I'm back on the road and will be a customer for life.

We went for flat tire fix .they put spare tire on other good tire .neve fix flat tire after three hour come home tire still flat they lie just want sell tire then hours of waiting on rotation& balance. Which you already pay $500+ on Michelin tire with frake warranty.

Very quick and easy place to change your tires over. I would recommend making a reservation so you don't have to wait in huge lines. That's what I did and with the amount of people there, I was done in 30 minutes.
